SUBJECT: Change of legal status of "The Order"

This is notification of Rheinland Government:

The organization known as "The Order" is hereby declared as enemy of the Bundesrepublik Rheinland. This decison was proposed by Bundeskabinett and voted by majority of Bundestag after evidence about criminal acts was submitted by Homeland Security Committee. These acts include but are not limited to repeated attacks on law enforcers and providing help to other terrorist organizations already declared as enemies of Rheinland.

If any ships which belong to "The Order" will be found within Rheinland space, they are to be neutralized and everybody onboard arrested. Use of deadly force is authorized in case their pilots or crew will resist.
