I finished building a core 4 base including factories, two storages and six defence module more than a month ago and just discovered that it had turned into a core 1 suddenly. Its name is 'Les Pays-Bas' and it is a legal base, known to the Gallic authorities.
So what happened ???

The first block is nonsense; I haven't been cheating. But it seems I should have be paying a little bit more attention to the rules mentioned under the block. OK, that's the game
The admin quoted the entire rules paragraph, in your case probably only the "Abusing Game Exploits" applied. If you don't know how you abused the game mechanics, you probably should reply there and ask for the evidence.

I think I know what happened: you should buy the 'Blue prints' using their page. I bought them directly on Planet Eerie although it should not have been possible according some comments on an earlier thread of mine. If that is considered a game exploit, so be it. As said before, it is a game, so I won't argue about it.
It isn't possible to buy them on Erie on Discovery 24/7. I suspect you logged on the offending server known as Discovery Warzone prior to connecting to 24/7, which made Blueprints available for purchase on Erie on 24/7.

Hm, if this is possible, it might explain an other not too old sanction involving the Persephone, if i recall correctly. Is there a way to fix this? Novice players might fell into this trap also.

It is fixed already. They get a nice message asking them to contact the administration.

I certainly did not !!! And I consider this remark as insulting. You are allowed to suspect anyone. But if you want to make it public, you also have to come with proof.
To counter your suspect, please read this thread: No Core Upgrade Blueprints on planet Erie. But next day I noticed I could buy one again so I did. And a week later I bought two at the same moment. And if you have any suspicion about how I got so much money: I worked for it.
Edit: If I knew I was cheating, I wouldn't be so stupid to ask in public what was happening and would have kept it for myself.
The thing is, no matter what core upgrade blueprints require applying for them on the forums for this server. You were able to get around it so they reverted your base to what it is supposed to be.
