The Kusari State Police hereby invoke the ruling of Kusari Legal Codex Section 8.3

8.3 All bases, unless exempted in writing, are subject to the following conditions:

• Shall incorporate the name tags of all lawful Kusari authorities into their base administration computers.

We request that all authorized base installations grant access to KSP-tagged vessels for the keepsake of keeping your base protected for the offer of the KSP- being offered repairs when necessary.
