The screen appears to be in static and its hard to make out who the person behind the screen is, however it is clear that it is a high ranking Blood Dragon never the less.

"Konnichiwa Gas Miners. This communication came as a surprise to use and still we were wondering on how to respond for a short amount of time. To say...The sanctified nature of these craft dictate that they pass from father to son, from family to family. Each ship is a treasured tribute to battles fought and lives lost. To find one outside Blood Dragon hands is unthinkable and the deaths of those whom try is undeniable. That being said, these ships are no longer being mass produced and to say, those that are still being made are employed by the Dragon's alone and are passed to each respectable clan of the Blood Dragon's."

"In other words, we can't part with our warships unless certain clans wish to. However the Shogun Michi herself has spoken to her officers and we must decline this for now until such a time that this is not only possible but also when we are no longer in a large scale conflict against the majority of Kusari, Gallia and other forces from the Omicrons. All gunships we currently have are already employed to their own captains and pilots as well. We have none in storage right now either, due to most of them being older then the current Blood Dragons themselves are. However as it still stands, we can not depart with any of our warships unless you can offer something of equal value in return for our losses. Money does not matter in this case as replacing two gunships which are rarely made anymore takes much longer then it would to than to pay for one of them."
