Rules Wrote:1.3 Every player must have one ID equipped on their ship. Player should follow the restrictions and allowances listed in their ID and their roleplay and conduct must match the actions of their characters. In cases where these restrictions and allowances conflict with the server rules, the ID overrides the rules.
3.1 An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Saying "Engaging" is not sufficient and aggressors are not allowed to destroy a ship before allowing sufficient time to respond. If a player is attacked he has the right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking. Trading nanobots, shieldbatteries or other ammo and equipment during a fight is also considered taking an active role in the engagement.
3.2 A player who was killed during a PvP fight in any form, must not enter the system where the fight took place or re-engage the attacker(s) for 2 hours from the time of their destruction, or until this/these ship(s) leave(s) the game.
Not sure why a Hellfire gunboat should be in Tau 23 but we are sure why it should not be silently engaging and re-engaging.
Consequences:
You have a couple of days activity on that account and ships from march so you should have a general familiarity with the ruleset.
Not a lot of cash there so guns, shield, CM and CD stripped, scanner and thruster downgraded and a sanction notice in hold.
