You asked for Optronic Arrays, and on top of that you asked us, so I suspect that you hope us to acquire them from the production facilities in Honshu - which is a pretty risky flight, as you might know.
We of course have some contacts in Kusari, and probably would be able to acquire what you search for, but as you, a man of coin, without a doubt know, that no risk comes without the need for a high enough profit. So before we try to contact our... benefactors inside Kusari, we (and our benefactors, of course) would have to know what... There would be in for us.
