the Shogunate is in need of some heavy machinery for construction works in Chugoku. We would like to know how much it would cost for the Marauders to acquire the ships and equipment we need.
We would require 5 hegemon ships, unarmored and equipped fully with heavy mining arrays and standard ship equipment. Preferably delivered to Kyoto base for changeover to Blood Dragon transponders.
Before we agree to anything though, we would need to know how much the Marauders would ask in return.
Apologies on the long wait for this one, I wanted to have a definitive answer ready for you before I responded rather than making agreements and promises I may not be able to keep. After looking around at the scrap and salvage yards near Liberty, it looks as if the total cost to refurbish and repair five Hegemons would run the cost of roughly one hundred and twenty-five million credits, without factoring in the actual labor on our part. I'd like to think our relationship with the Blood Dragons has advanced beyond the point of requiring payment for every single small service rendered, so I wont be requiring any more credits than the bare amount needed to make these ships operational again.
With that said, we've recently been encountering a new Chrysanthemum group around Kusari in the past months and while our contact with them has been limited, we are of course always interested in making new friends in Kusari. If you could provide us any information about who leads this group, as well as hopefully a formal introduction on our behalf it would be appreciated. Regardless of your choice in this matter, I will start preparing the ships and should have them moved to the desired location within roughly a week.

Kon'nichiwa, I guess its our turn to apologize for the lateness of our response. Ehem, the funds will be forwarded as soon as we get information on the account. Now, concerning the new Chrysanthemum group, the Sisterhood of Dreams.
Well, the current leader of the movement, goes by the name of Munen Musou. I haven't met her personally yet, but from what I have heard she is a reasonable and calm person, unlike the rest of their sisters. But, given the circumstances I think the person you are most probably to talk to when it comes to diplomacy would be sister Nichi a Darche, a bit aggressive but I always find resolve in her words. Who knows.
Now, I actually do recommend that you contact them. You are free to send a comm through our networks. Now you ask, why? Well, their relations with the GMG are steering up, and they are in lets not say desperate, but in need of someone to supply their big operation to make the Battleship Matsuda operational once again. That would be a great opportunity for business don't you say?
All of this information I managed to obtain from the recent Data gathered here, I haven't personally met any of them yet, too much time spent on Uchu, so I cant provide any further detail on the subject, but I hope this is sufficient.
