We have experienced massive increase in traffic in the neighboring Tau-29 system in the past few days, among many others including TAZ, CR and IMG vessels frequenting the nearby freeport. In the meanwhile the Confederacy of Freeports released several documents in a Sirius-wide broadcast about aggression against Zoners by The Core. We've found out that Freeport 6 sells Disaster Relief Organized Packages for humanitarians willing to help innocents on Freeport 11, that's also explaining the increased traffic nearby.
Join our allies in supplying the distant freeport and make as much allies and gather as much information on your way as you can. Optionally earn as much cash as you can.

The moderately complex structure of The Council consists of five main bodies and several smaller ones, each responsible for the organisation and operation of a specific aspect of the revolutionary paramilitary movement. A brief scheme of the structure can be seen on the right, while a more detailed elaboration on the specifics and purposes of each corps, division and bureau can be found below.
CM - Corps Militaire
The Military Corps of The Council, contrary to it's simplified name, encompasses the entirety of the armed forces of The Council, being more of an amalgamation of military, the marines, navy and air force. The corps, however, is divided by different aspects, each division working together using a wide array of assets. The Corps Militaire is directly lead by the Commandant(s).
Currently led by: Commandant Louis Charron
CM-DA - Division d'Assaut
The Assault Division is responsible for the offensive operations of The Council. Most of recent operations include interdiction of GRN supplies and Maltese drug runs in the Tau Region, preparations for the reclamation of Minato Harbor and Sulawesi Citadel, and various guerilla operations within Gallia.
CM-DD - Division de Défense
The main task of the Defense Division is to ensure the safety and security of not only the assets and personnel of The Council, but also all those gallic civilians who seek shelter in space under our control. Currently this mainly means ensuring the stalemate around Champagne does not turn against our favor as well as Roussillon stays secret.
CM-BA - Bureau des Acquisitions
The Office of Aquisitions organizes, documents and administrates all the combat and support assets within The Council's disposal, their status, where and by whom they are utilised at any given time. It is also the responsibility of this office to review and fulfill or deny asset requests and maintain the steady flow of assets to their required destinations. Because of this, the Bureau des Acquisitions is in constant cooperation with the Division d'Appui Logistique du Corps Logistique.
CM-DI - Division d'Intelligence
An oddity among the rest, the Intelligence Division is the overlapping body between the Corps Militaire and the Exécutíf dés Opérations Spéciaux, being more of an auxiliary division of the former while the latter retains the primary authority. This division is tasked with the acquisition and potential exploitation of sensitive military information. The Division d'Intelligence is also responsible for maintaining our database regarding allied and hostile forces, and keeping it up-to-date.
CL - Corps Logistique
The Logistic Corps of The Council is responsible for the steady flow of wealth and all commodities required for the smooth and constant operation of The Council. This includes monetary wealth acquisition via freelance commerce on allied markets in relatively secure space, transportation of combat supplies and troops between own assets, and smuggling within hostile space. The Corps Logistique is directly lead by the Premier Maître(s).
Currently led by: Premier Maître Henri Croix
CL-DC - Division de Commerce
The Commerce Division employs all the transport captains tasked with freelance trading within and around Liberty and Bretonia, two allied houses providing huge and busy markets. Traffic between these houses is so enormous the presence of The Council does not make much difference, but having our fair share in the flow of goods means a steady source of income.
CL-DA - Division d'Appui Logistique
The Logistic Support Division, in cooperation with the Bureau des Acquisitions du Corps Militaire, is responsible for the transportation of combat supplies between various spatial assets of The Council, including but not limited to weapons, ammunition, shield generators and other support equipment. This division is one of the more crucial ones in the operation of our paramilitary, often having to operate in hostile space this job requires the best freighter and transport pilots available.
CL-DP - Division des Passeurs
Pilots and captains of the Smugglers' Division stand somewhere in-between those employed by the previous two divisions, capable of collecting cash by blockade running and smuggling various necessary goods and operating in hostile space, like Gallia or Kusari. Similar to that, the importance of and required skills to operate in this division are approximately an average of the previous two.
CL-DT - Division de Transport de Troupes
The task of the Troop Transport Division is at least as important as the work done by the Division d'Appui Logistique, the main difference being that this division is responsible for the transportation of infantry and smaller military vehicles. They are in constant cooperation with the entire Corps Militaire.
CL-DS - Division des Transports Spéciaux
Similar to the Corps Militaire and the Corps de Recherche, the Corps Logistique does also have a division under the command authority of the Exécutif des Opérations Spéciaux: the Special Transports' Division. This division is tasked with the transportation of anything from special units, equipment, VIPs, information or anything else deemed to be more important or confidental to be carried around by pilots of any other division. As such, ships flown by this division are also designed specifically for unique tasks, as well as their captains receiving extra training to be prepared for special situations.
CR - Corps de Recherche
The Research Corps contains all the various organisations working for the technological advancement of The Council, without them our movement wouldn't have the necessary edge to take up the fight with the forces of the Gallic Crown, the Royal Navy and the Police. The various divisions of the Corps de Recherche work together closely on making new discoveries on the fields of science, turning theories into reality, developing new technologies and with that maintaining our position in the arms race. The Corps de Recherche is directly lead by the Docteur(s).
Currently led by: Docteur Charles Lavoisier
CR-DS - Division des Sciences
The Science Division is responsible for gathering and processing scientific data, making discoveries, and providing theoretical basis for future developments made by other divisions of the Corps de Recherche. Their job usually involves plenty of on-field surveys and laboratory work. In order to make the two processes happen close to eachother, scientists of The Council usually utilise transport ships redesigned as science vessels.
CR-DI - Division d'Ingénierie
The Engineering Division is full of knowledgable people eager to make use of scientific knowledge and find applications of it useful in our struggle against the Gallic Crown. Engineers of The Council are experts of applied sciences and inventors of new technology and manufacturing processes, usually working within planetside laboratories.
CR-IT - Institut de Technologie
The Institute of Technology is the administrative body organising the application of technology and the various manufacturing processes. Factories, processing plants and various other facilities are also under their authority, thus they are in close partnership with both the Corps Militaire and the Corps Logistique. The Institut is also responsible for maintaining our database regarding foreign and domestic technology, and keeping it up-to-date.
CR-DC - Division de Cyberguerre
A technically invisible frontier, cyber space is still not something The Council should neglect. The Cyber-Warfare Division of the Corps de Recherche belongs to the Exécutif des Opérations Spéciaux, and employs the best hackers available to counter cyber-attacks of the GRN, retaliate if possible, and steal valuable information through the Neural Net.
SA - Secteur Administratif
The Administrative Sector of The Council coordinates all the others, controls administration, documentation, deals with public relations, diplomacy, and all the other tasks lying outside of the scope of the Corps Militaire, the Corps Logistique, or the Corps de Recherche. The Secteur Administratif is directly lead by the Sécretaire Du Conseil.
Currently led by: Général Pierre LaFlamme
SA-BP - Bureau des Relations Publiques
The Office of Public Relations is the office responsible for the general public image of The Council. In order to maintain the image of a revolutionary movement fighting for the people, the Bureau des Relations Publiques is mainly tasked with countering negative propaganda of the Gallic Royalty with the truth the Crown tries to hide from the people.
SA-BI - Bureau des Affaires Internes
In order to maintain our integrity the purpose of the Office of Internal Affairs is to keep good relations between The Council and all those civilians and factions who sought shelter under our protection, and solve arising issues as quickly as possible. The Bureau des Affaires Internes deals with communication, diplomacy and issues between The Council's closest allies of Gallic origin.
SA-BE - Bureau des Affaires Étrangères
It is imperative in our struggle against the Crown to have as much support as possible. The role of the Office of Foreign Affairs is to maintain healthy relations with our foreign allies and other friendly nations, guilds, companies, organisations, so that they keep supporting us in our cause.
SA-BR - Bureau de Recrutement
The Office of Recruitment is tasked with the administration, acceptance or denial of applications, the evaluation of new recruits, and basic training of common soldiers. By the time a member of The Council becomes a Junior Officer his basic training is over, and is sent further to the relevant Corps for specialised training.
SA-BC - Bureau de Cartographie
The Office of Cartography also belongs under the Exécutif des Opérations Speciaux, and is responsible for keeping our stellarographical and stellaropolitical knowledge base up-to-date. The cartographers of The Council are the caretakers of the relevant databases as well.
EOS - Exécutif des Opérations Spéciaux
The Executive of Special Operations coordinates the special operations forces belonging to The Council, conglomerating them in a single corps primarily tasked with unconventional warfare and special reconnaissance missions against the Royal Navy and other groups affiliated with the Gallic Crown. Due to the lack of a dedicated military intelligence unit, the EOS also includes counter-espionage in their agenda, even though the exact nature of their operations has always been unknown to everybody but the Council High Command, which holds direct jurisdiction over the group. The Exécutif is special in that it doesn't have it's own divisions or bureaus separate from the rest, but having one in each other main body of The Council:
● CM-DI - Division d'Intelligence ● CL-DS - Division des Transports Spéciaux ● CR-DC - Division de Cyberguerre ● SA-BC - Bureau de Cartographie
Because of this unique feature, the descriptions of these can already be found above and will not be detailed here. The Exécutif des Opérations Spéciaux is directly lead by the Directeur.
The Général en Chef is the highest ranked individual in the entire Council. Senior Officers are the highest ranking commissioned officers. Together with other officers, they form the backbone of The Council. They are seasoned veterans, responsible for various complex tasks related to their expertise in service of the revolution.
Intermediate officers are experienced enough to lead patrols or convoys, and issue orders to their subordinates. They stand between junior and senior officers, being more experienced than the former, but less than the latter.
Junior Officers are the lowest ranking commissioned officers. They are former Caporals that have shown affinity towards a specific profession, and are given the task of commanding the new Aspirants and Caporals in space.
