Can't mount or undock without any ID

Good morning guys,

I got a little problem. Yesterday I bought a ship but i forgot to mount the ID of the ship from before. So, I wanted to buy another ID, but it said: You cannot buy this item because you do not have the correct ID. I can't mount anything. Any Ideas from the Community, or if not, can the admins help, maybe?

Are you trying to buy the Official Faction [LN] ID? You can't do that. You need to use the indie Liberty Navy ID.

Edit: Sorry I assume you're trying to buy the navy ID because of your name but if you're not the same principle applies.

It's not a LN ID- I already wanted to change my Forum-Name. Only waiting till admin accepts.

On the Base where I'm there's only 1 ID...that i can't mount too.

Well what ID is it? If you can't buy it because you don't have the correct ID, it'll be because it's an official ID and you're not part of the faction.

And how I get the Nom-Nom ID now?

Oh you need the indie Nomad ID. Sellpoints for nomad stuff in general is a little weird, but if you can't buy the ID there and you can't undock then I guess an Admin will have to give you the ID.

I have this same issue sir, i can't buy a new ID as the planet i purchased my new ship from doesn't even sell IDs. can you please help? my in game name is Satan.
