F1 game menu not working !!

Hello guys
am having a problem in the game, whenever am trying to get into the game menu by pressing F1 its opening Windows Help & Support tab. laptop model
any idea what to do or change the keyboard, it's really pissing me. If I want to chance my character I have to kill myself or completely close the game

have you tried FN+F1, some laptops use that instead, a little annoying but...

Might be FnLock as well... Just in case if you cant dock, open Inventory and such.
