Greetings. I'm Admiral Jack O'Neill commanding officer of the Liberty Navy 5th Fleet. Iam contacting you because what i just witnessed not long ago. I don't know and rather don't even want to know how, but you should consider replacing those who are responsible for the traffic controll. Let me tell you why. I was on a regular patroll mission everything was fine untill at colorado jumpgate i come across an outcast cruiser. After a short talk the captain of the said ship decided to flee. Guess where it went? Well it was Rochester but before this he decided to shoot me. I called reinforcements and chased it to your base. When the bomber support arrived and engaged the target the captain of the cruiser managed to moor with Rochester, however it didn't go well because of the damage it was only able to crashland. I hope that you are aware what are the consequences of your people allowing criminal organizations to use your bases. I request the removal of the docking rights of this cruiser Captain. In case i meet him again and he again manages to dock on a Junker base i will have to take the matter to higher levels. I hope you understand this. I attached the evidence of the incident below.
