An unique planet in the Vespucci called Guadalajara is a new home for Fleet Captain of the Legion, Katherine Snow. Guadalajara has hot deserts, average regions and regions with lakes where temperatures are comfortable, but still Katherine's decided to live in the cold region, in mountains covered in the ice.
Katherine's home isn't small, but neither too big at all. White walls and brown roof are hiding two floors, one huge kitchen with large fridge, shelfs and typical equipment, meeting room with huge screen and pictures on the walls, long wooden table, three candles and two bottles of pure Whiskey made in Dublin in the middle of the table, fourteen chairs around the table, living room equipped with two red sofas, one small table, TV and one long shelf full of different books on the metal wall. Upstairs, there are three rooms, two of them for guests - One with double sized bed and other with two beds, two chairs, one table and two huge wardrobes. There is also a bathroom with a tub in the corner for four people and one shower corner for two and huge mirror on the wall.
WELCOME!

It's been two long years, since the departure from Guadalajara. Two years of adventures, ups and downs, friendship, travels and battles. Has anything change at all? Not much. It was as cold as it always was outside, however with all the stuff turned off for two years, the temperature inside wasn't any different. Slightly above -68°C. The huge metal doors, covered in ice and snow, were opening slowly as Katherine approached her long forgotten house. Few seconds later a spark of light could be seen from the entrance room, the point where people had to stay for several minutes so they could get used to warmer temperature before entering the meeting room. However with low temperature Katherine, wearing polar clothing, didn't wait at all and walked into the meeting room. Everything used to collect dust while temperature was suitable, on the other hand with lower temperature dust froze. It was a beautiful view of the huge room covered in white coat of frozen dust. Katherine closed her eyes and imagined how it used to look like, how warmth surrounded people coming from the hostile environment. All of the rooms looked like the first one.
Katherine had to visit the engineering room and laboratory in the cellar, in order to restore power in her abandoned house and heat it up. It would take some time, so she slowly went upstairs into her bedroom, where she found her frozen stuff, including laptop and drawn ideas and plans. But one thing caught her attention, once again. It was a blueprint of her long forgotten project. "Taurus" she said as her hand was trying to get rid of the frozen dust.
Getting into the Vespucci system wasn't always the easiest of things. Despite holding a simple Freelancer ID, there was always a barrage of questions by various patrols asking what one was doing in the system.
It was about four hours after the proper owner of the house had arrived. Jack Snow busied himself carefully setting the Eagle down at one of the few designated spots near the awakening home. While the trek to the house wasn't exactly a long one, he was still dreading the short walk to come. Dressed in snow pants, a turtleneck shirt, and a big winter coat with the emblem of an arachnid on the front, he pulls together a little bag which he had brought, and quickly pops the hatch to the Eagle. Making sure the ship was locked up, he darts towards the front door, immediately regretting the fact that he didn't wear an extra eight layers of clothes under what he had at the moment.
Without knocking, he quickly enters the entry-room, and lets out a quiet sigh of relief. At this point, the house had started to heat up at least to some sense. He could only imagine the amount of energy that this place took in order to keep warm. After about thirty seconds pass, he enters into the home properly without a word. Carefully setting down his bag, he surveys the room. Katherine must have been off in some other part of the house, as the first thing he noticed, was the melting ice. Everything was wet. Chuckling, he reaches down and withdraws a towel from the bag. It wouldn't be able to help very much, but maybe he'd be able to keep a few objects in good condition. - Busying himself with wiping dry most of the furniture in the room, he eyes the television warily, silently hoping that the electronics would still be okay after they thawed.
With a quiet humming noise, Jack Snow kept busy. There was no rush to find Katherine. She was bumbling around somewhere. A part of him thought that it'd be a good idea to at least announce that he was here, but no matter.
At the rate the structure was starting to warm up, he estimates to himself that the water could probably be turned back on in about seven hours safely without causing problems. Good. Seven hours to clean, dry, and fix as much as he could. It had been a long time since he visited Guadalajara last. It was fantastic that the house was still standing without any structural damage.
Katherine rushed for her old blueprints and few years old documents about something she really wanted to make real. She even forgot to turn on the defense and sensor systems which were designed for one simple purpose, to notify her about incoming people and ships. If she didn't forget, the system would already tell her somebody is present downstairs. Being busy with studying documents, she slowly got rid of the coat as the house began getting warmer and warmer each minute. After several minutes she put everything into her bag and tried to hide it under the bed, after that she slowly walked downstairs. Something was wrong however. She heard something. Couch seemed to be dry, despite other stuff in the meeting room was still wet or covered by melting ice.
She was ready to engage and beat the intruder, but a mere second later she calmed herself as one simple question ran through her mind. Why would intruder clean her mess up? It must be Snow. But which one? She took a few more steps, carefully trying to find the one who is cleaning her furniture and her guess couldn't be more right. It was Jack.
"Oh? Hello! How did you get there?" Katherine asked him calmly, tapping with her foot on the floor.
His towel was absolutely soaked at this point. And there still was a lot of room to cover. With a quiet sigh, he walks over towards one of the heat vents, and hangs the towel over it. There were not many other options to dry something properly. He could hardly hang it outside. Well, he had some time while some of the water was blown out of the towel. Getting down onto his knees, he leans into one of the legs of the couch. Inspecting the woodwork, making sure there wasn't any cracks. It was unlikely that it'd start to rot given the cold temperatures, although who knows.
Hearing a quiet voice from the edge of the room, his head snaps up. He should have been thankful that he didn't get a blunt object to the head, or a bullet in his shoulder. In hindsight, announcing himself beforehand probably would have been the smart thing to do. Expression melting into a soft smile, he glances towards the door. Tempted to make a playful remark as to simply walking in through the front door, but he was a little afraid that Katherine would actually drop something on him if he did.
"Sorry. Uh. I'm just.." Sighing quietly, he hops back up to his feet. Brushing some excess water from his knees, he beams over at the white-haired female. "I thought you could use some help getting this place back in working order. I haven't had the opportunity to stay here for very long in the past, and thought I could be helpful in some semblance. It's been a few weeks, have you managed to get most of what you were out to do, done?" Without missing a beat, he crouches down in front of the bag he brought, withdrawing a little bottle. An Apple Juice. He offers it up to Katherine with a quiet chuckle.
"Do you intend on staying around here for a little while? Or are my efforts going to waste."Pulling out a juice of his own, he slowly sits on the mostly-dried couch.
