The Remnants of Task Force Gladius, formerly under the leadership of the self-proclaimed Fleet Admiral Alan Stacker, now Fleet Captain Henry Cornish, after Stacker fled, are submitting a formal surrender to Lord Commander Samuel Locklear of The Hellfire Legion, and the Government of the Commonwealth. The remaining twenty-three operatives will arrive in Vespucci via Dromedary freighter, with the remaining captured refugees for release. I, officially resign from leadership of the remnant forces, and submit to judgement and punishment for my crimes against Liberty.

Rogue elements of Task Force Gladius, your crimes against humanity are as perverse as they are varied. The Legion recognizes however that not all of you are accessory to murder. The surviving members of Taskforce Gladius are to proceed to America station for processing, and your commanding officer will be held responsible for all pilots and officers left unaccounted for.

A trial date will be set once all rogue elements of TFG are accounted for upon Monterrey Base. Those found to be not guilty will be free to integrate themselves into the Legion or Commonwealth society as they see fit. As for those found to be guilty.. may you all be judged fairly in the afterlife.
