Would it be possible to change the Leeds weapon dealers name to Richard W. Tobias and change the characters body to that of Tobias? If you know where to look this would be a simple copy-paste task. (unfortunately I don't know where to look)
I think it's uncertain as to what Tobias' actual situation is after the campaign-he joined the Bretonian military to help hold of the infected Rheinlanders, and I'm sure I read a rumor about him finding some woman there (or was that Trent's opinion of what he would do?).
He definitely flew to Toledo at one point-there's a wreck in the asteroid field, which states that Trent made a deal that Tobias wouldn't again leave Bretonia by himself. However, his exact circumstances are not mentioned.

In the neural net it says that he was kicked out of the military, but got a girlfriend out of it.
As to not leaving Bretonia again by himself, doesn't that mean he'd have even more time in his shop?
Likely about 70 or so. I assumed him to be in his mid 50's during the story. Not too old, but when you consider that the average life span on Planet Leeds is about 60 - 70, I would consider him retired or at the very least, spending most of his time in the office.
