Davara deployed several squadron members in undercover roles to investigate ongoing developments in the requested sections of Sirius. Most of the information obtained via posing as neutral travelers, freelancers or lower ranking patrols in friendly territory overlaps and pointed to needed observation. 0009, 0001 and 0002 identified by cover names Artemis, Pike and Aria deployed to observe several points of interest with the assistance of Venator Cromwell on board the Reconnaissance vessel Artemis, acting under the cover of scientific expeditions.

The Honshu Outpost reported growing tensions following an attack on the Rheinland-Sigma laneway connection. Several agents were dispatched covertly to investigate involved parties and determine whether or not intervention may be required.
Based on what was publicly available information, it's easy to determine the primary suspects involved in the incident: The Gas Miners and Rheinland. Despite repeated public articles pointing fingers towards the Guild, further investigation yielded the presence of a rather significant Nomad threat. The Science vessel Artemis was monitoring a large amount of traffic and collecting detailed reports when it picked up on a gathering of individuals. One notable individual present was hostile Grand Admiral Michal Golanski, spotted in the company of a Bundschuh segment that remains unidentified for the time being. Identity was confirmed when monitoring radio chatter on the open networks.
Given the low amount of human cooperation in the area, the locals were ill-equipped to fend off an incursion. Venator Cromwell ordered the Artemis to break cover and assist in combat, due to it tactically being beneficial to maintaining the balance of forces in the region as she felt Rheinland would become overwhelmed. The Artemis opened fire on a Scorpion drone to draw its fire, eventually succeeding in destroying the craft, but at the cost of a neutral party gunboat. Casualities were collected and offered to be turned over, but the offer went ignored. Thus, surviving crew were taken to Holstein and released following treatment with enough credits to make their way home. The Artemis remained to monitor the situation for a brief while longer, but later departed once it was deemed safe to do so.
Thus far, it's recommended to avoid becoming involved in any capacity other than to reach the Honshu outpost, which can be accessed via other routes. Monitoring the situation can be turned over to the Honshu Outpost unless future developments require direct intervention. Advised to monitor an increasing presence of The Order and feed any necessary information to the Buro in case of further hostilities.

Scouts and undercover operatives from Davara were dispatched to investigate the growing presence of criminal elements in the Southern Independent Worlds. Beginning in Bering, the developing situation was monitored for several days. It appears as though the Freeport occupying the system has become a pirate waystation that they intend to protect. Various elements from the local area seem to be collaborating in a joint effort of claiming the system and fending off the Liberty and Rheinland fleets, effectively creating a choke point between Liberty and Rheinland via Hudson.
While piracy isn't our concern, the growing number of Rogue packs in the area suggest cooperation and may point towards the presence of a new Liberty Rogue Warlord. Gangs from the various parts of space seem to be arriving in small groups to garrison the system. This sort of organized crime isn't unheard of, but if the suggested data is correct and there is a new Warlord, the movement of Cardamine and Artifacts is likely to spike in the next few months, and we may become engaged by an organized crime society consisting of more than a handful of half-decent pilots in broken down hunks of trash metal.
In addition to the sudden change in Rogue organization, the Unioners appear to be capable of fielding a handful of antiquated warships. Bismarcks, Donaus, Oders and Hels. An existing declaration of hostilities by The Unioners directed to us may suggest the hindering of our operational capacity in the area significantly. It may also destabilize the local authorities, as the surrounding area is difficult to operate in and counter the unexpected presence of military-grade hardware.
Independent smugglers and other miscreants of the sector seem to be gathering together in defense of the area. While pirates have never been of interest, the presence of military-grade technology is worth monitoring in the event they happen to have something dangerous that they're willing to use. The situation may require immediate intervention if the presence of a WMD is detected.
It's recommended to keep a close eye on the developing situation of The Core's public announcements. It appears a known infectee from the suspects database is acting as its head, which means it's safe to assume The Core has become compromised. Depending on the recorded encounters and photographic evidence available, it may be a smart political move to expose the individual in question to the public.
