BACKGROUND INFORMATION
My name is William Vital Arrow, and I will speak in the name of our brotherhood. Together with my brother-in-arms Adaniv, we are founding a group that will unite people with same values, scope and way of life.
We come from the noble families with a thousands years history. After death of my parents I found out that Vital Arrow family has a history of generations that dedicated their lives for noble cause, keeping their honor unblemished. Adaniv comes from Violet Shield family, wich once were one of the largest and richest merchants.
The war caught our ancestors being prosperous farmers, mine owners, merchants, diplomats. Our parents came to Sirius onboard Bretonia sleeper-ship. They started from nothing, having no money, but preserved their identity. Tried to give their children a better life, they spread looking for a place to flourish. With limited sources of existence, first mining, then exporting gold to Liberty, they manage to preserve their family’s customs, old traditions.
We came to unite old families into a organization where they feel safer, helping to bring prosperity and continuing the job our fathers of fathers did – to hunt and prove in battle our dedication, courage, honor and duty.
We declare war on terrorism and injustice.

We are retired military officers working for Bounty Hunters Guild. Our Brotherhood will carry Bounty Hunters Guild Core ID and IFF.
DIPLOMACY AND GOALS
Hunting is our way of existence, motivation and hobby. We are training our fighting skills by calling others for a duel. Fighting till death or until enemy is giving up. We are hunting basically terrorists and pirates. So, if you are one of them, run for your life or fight!
We are friendly to Bounty Hunters, Police, Navy and Military ships, and we might come help them on request. We will ally other Bounty Hunters or Military/Navy factions to suppress common enemy in joint operations. We will fight back captured BHG/Police pilots and other civilian personnel.
As allies, House police can rely on us to fight terrorists and pirates on request, but we can consider not interfering in the conflict if it’s not in our interest.
To ensure income in credits or/and reputation for development and prospering, we will perform:
- paid or almost free (will kill for a bottle of beer);)missions of escorting traders, civilians, lawfuls;
- counter-terrorists missions;
- rescue missions, once asked for help.
Our initial diplomacy is neutrality. Don’t harm us, and we will not you. (Do not forget about duels)

Because of our homeless status, our initial ZOI wa the Omega-15 system. We felt there almost as at home. Now we are performing recruitment in the Liberty space and hunting terrorists.
Our freedom loving nature guide us to explore the whole Sirius sector, so we expect to have a great experience to discover new species, nations and worlds.
Oh, that thrilling hunting takes us sometimes to other regions of Sirius, where we might find a ally or enemy.
SHIPS & EQUIPMENT LIST
Our primary ships will be civilian and Bounty Hunters Guild. We hope that Guild will allow using them, according to reputation gained accomplishing missions for them.
The equipment we’ll use will be according to the ships flying, but in order to boost up the power we will mount the weapons bought with permission from other lawful or neutral nations. (GMG, Zoners)
The capture of hunted criminals and destruction of their ships should be proved by Screen Shot and posted in the hall of fame of the Hunting Knights.
Each approved postage will be rewarded. (Medal and/or money)
Certain number of rewards will lead to rank promotion.
The members will need very special permission to fly capital ship, and reasons for that will be posted.
The policy to be part of our brotherhood is to be invited.
If your ancestors weren’t from a certain Family, you can’t be part of our community.
We recruit basing on blood heritage.
If you have been invited – you’re lucky guy.
Pilot! No matter that was your previous occupation, once you apply for BHK membership, you’ll start from a blank page.
Intense training will be provided to become a Hunting Knight.
Here are first 10 lessons:
Lesson 1: Familiarization with a starship (Starting the engine and cutting it down)
Lesson 2: Basic navigation and space orientation (Where is up and where is down – your position towards the rest objects in space. While going through Jumpholes and Jumpgates - follow the book and do not mix up the docking codes, otherwise you’ll find yourself in deep ****space continuum)
Lesson 3: Using the scanner (What the … is flying around)
Lesson 4: Scanning the ships (Hey dude, what is your ID?)
Lesson 5: Using weapons (Do not shoot at people for fun, unless it’s your mission or they are threatening your life)
Lesson 6: Using the tractor beam (Are this alien organisms contagious? I didn’t fart, why they are dying so quickly?!)
Lesson 7: Hailing and talking to people (Before pushing the fire button)
Lesson 8: Accomplishing missions (Fly to that far far violet diamond thingy)
Lesson 9: Mining (Some rocks will not bring you money)
Lesson 10: Trading (The easiest way to become rich, choose the right items for buying-selling. The greater profit comes from the “forbidden apple”)
Those are just basics. The Code of the BHK will come later. Break it, and we will hunt you down.
It's vastly better than the last application I read regarding your group. With that in mind some items are still very unclear. Especially your diplomacy towards server factions and your background information. Its a little barren to be honest, it lacks substance and depth.
From what you've written I'm sure you could provide those with ease, and I'm sure it would be much appreciated by everyone here.
Oh, weapons list? I know it says a sort of see as you go thing, but having atleast a basic civy weapons list would help as well:)
First off, Bounty Hunters ID is kind of off. You're doing something much more noble than your average Bounty Hunter, and you guys need something other than the average Bounty Hunter ID.
What I would do with this is make it a paramilitary, with the new paramilitary ID. Make it something such as the Angus Dei, and it can easily be RPed. This has potential, definitely, and you can definitely make something good out of it.
With this, it depends on how you roleplay the Bounty Hunter ships, how you got them, with the official factions and non-official factions, and if things go bad, maybe base yourself off the Zoners and get Civilian Ships with Zoner Gunboats for heavy support, or IMG ones if your operations coincide with the IMG and the IMG agrees to help you out like that.
Weapons should also be RPed, and weapons like the IMG, Zoner, Bounty Hunters, and Civilian ones should probably be the ones you use to start out with, and you can evolve from there.
Diplomacy can be something that you work on over time, first allying yourself with people who have strong moral causes, people like the IMG, and continue to evolve through your ingame experiences. Afterall, you don't know if you can trust someone to be moral until you see them.
I really do think this could work, though it does need a lot of work, and I really regret not helping the Angus-Dei more. Best of luck.

William, I have one suggestion which you probably aint gonna like. There is already a faction on the server called "The Brotherhood"... it's a Corsair faction, and with you guys being BH, it's gonna create massive confusion.
How about something other than brotherhood:
- Fraternity
- Cabal
- Temple?

That ID's no longer in the ID changes for some reason.
Id say you use BHG ID untill all new ones are out. They are easy to change once they suit your need.
Also, brothehood in name wont make much difference.
Also, dont diss knight idea as whole. Just drop religious part, keep the rest. There is good setup for this in Agnus Dei faction. Try reading their faction status.

Yeah, I was told this at a later date. The Paramilitary ID is no longer coming into place, and so you may need to find something else. I would think Freelancer, since Mercenary isn't as noble as a cause as you may have, but Freelancers fight for their own causes, just as Freelancers, and it still allows a degree of freedom that other IDs don't allow.
