Greetings.

Upon undocking from Yaren Base I saw your 'installation', or rather construction site, floating in the orbit of Nauru. I was able to dock on the installation, and then discovered it was Core affiliated - which is very fortunate. However, considering we also have plans of our own that are already underway for establishing a docking ring construction site, I would like to contact you and discover who you are and your precise intentions. Perhaps we may be able to combine our efforts and double our progress. I certainly do not want your efforts to go to waste.
