Player Sanctioned and Bastilled: LN-CB69-Indefatigable

LN-CB69-Indefatigable account has been sanctioned for:

3.1 An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Saying "Engaging" is not sufficient and aggressors are not allowed to destroy a ship before allowing sufficient time to respond. If a player is attacked he has the right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking. Trading nanobots, shieldbatteries or other ammo and equipment during a fight is also considered taking an active role in the engagement.

1.1 Using coarse language, posting abusive, hateful, racist content in chat, public or private is prohibited under any circumstances. Threats and insults are only allowed on the server if used within roleplay.

You need to say something prior to engaging.
Whilst checking to see if you could speak English we found that you are fluent, including a lot of instances of less savoury language.

Consequences:

Half standard fine as that is all you had and weapons removed. Bastilled to get attention so you realise the problem.
