Due to recent events, new TBH leader is current second in command, Elder Hector Beltran. He will remain leader until senor de la Guerra returns from Omicrons, where he visited his relatives.
We don't know if he prolonged his visit because of excellent rum that is produced there, or he is lost because of it.
