We haven't talked so far, but I am sure that you already know who I am. My name is Sakuma Hitomi, and this communication might very well be your worst nightmare. If you choose to be sensible, I will refrain from being vengeful.
So far, the imperial Navy has refused to open fire on civilians, despite any claims that the traitorous republican Navy has made. We do not intend to change that fact, as we respect the neutrality of the population in that matter. We will not, however, tolerate treason in any way.
We have reports of your installation in the Saga system, commonly referred to as Nago station, harboring and resupplying ships of the Gallic Royal Navy, the insolent dogs who in their arrogance sparked this horrible conflict in the first place. This is not only insufferable, but also an offense towards the populace of Kusari as a whole, especially if you take into account that according to the Tau Decree, the contract signed by your preferred government, those people should not even be there. By harboring those marauding threats you do not only threaten the integrity of the true government of Kusari, you also desecrate an agreement with your allies. Honour demands justice and punishment, and it shall be swift.
The way I see it, you have two options. Desecrate your honour as Kusarians further by breaking a word made by your leaders and commiting treason towards the true government of Kusari in the hope of a small gain, or giving in to the following demands and saving many, many lives.
My demands are the following:
Demands Wrote:First: Kishiro Technologies openly denounces the docking rights of the Gallic Royal Navy, Police, and other Gallic law enforcement entities immediately.
Second: Kishiro Technologies immediately halts any supplies going from Nago station towards Gallic Royal Navy and Royal Police Stations, Bases and Planets. Commercial exports do not fall under this embargo.
Third: Kishiro Technologies hands over any hostile pilots (read: Gallic Royal Navy, Royal Police etc.) to the imperial Navy that currently reside aboard Nago Station immediately.
Should you decide to further commit treason towards the Empire, the third Battlegroup of the 343rd as well as various supporting ships already stand ready to lay siege to Nago Station. Your choice, citizens.
This ultimatum is going to be active for 48 hours from now on. This is your last chance to save the lives aboard the station. The third Battlegroup has been dispatched and will arrive at Nago exactly at the point that this ultimatum ends. You are testing my patience, bōryokudan. That is not wise.

Re: Ultimatum
Your terms are acceptable, however we expect our ships to be unencumbered by delays through Kyushu. We are improving our screening process of ships requesting docking and mooring. Your patience in this matter will be appreciated.
So you finally decided to talk to me. Good. Took you long enough.
I will have to decline your request partially. While we do not plan to interfere with your business in Kyushu, the jumpgates between Saga and Kyushu are on lockdown for any ships except the ones of the Empire and its allies. You should try to get an agreement with the Zoners on Freeport six to make sure the people on Nago won't starve to death.
