Worst possible way to position your faction is anti-something or someone's something.
Why is that? it creates conflict in the area between two groups, it keeps the areas alive if both faction wish to control dominance in the Sigmas.
I'm most certainly sure that by Anti-JM he meant like Order| and Core| relations or something alike.
If you would describe Core as Anti-Order and vice versa, you would definitely hurt feelings of both factions.
What makes faction good is its uniqueness, not being anti-something.
Following on from Zayne's post, this whole faction just smells partially like a giant pineapple mine with some JM hate liberally heaped on top.
As for the rest of the write up and your event list, seems to lean towards mary sue faction style which makes me wonder if you seriously considered the choice of ID or are just on some anti- JM crusade.

Actually no, you have no zoi in Liberty with Hogosha, nor have you any zoi in a house space system that is not Kusari (except maybe Lyonnais). You may pirate freely in the Sigmas and Taus, Kepler and Galileo, and Rishiri (also Taus) and Lyonnais.
Check your privilege.

On the other hand, if you are specifically targeting Junkers, you can attack them all everywhere, true. Expect a few fines from the police before they apply a legal ban from the area though.

Actually, aren't the Hogosha in bed so deep with Samura that 343 wakes up scratching at us thinking we're hemorrhoids?

That depends. Hogs are far from being a unified group, and past RP has moved them away a bit from their Samura ties, but there's certainly a lot of Hogosha traditionalists that are really close to Samura.
