Now, there have been some inconsistencies related to funding of the organization, details as follows. Operative Banshee, operating under your direct command within The Order's Rheinland cell has to our knowledge went underground in star system of Hamburg. Now while it is sometimes required for an agent to drop off the scope every now and then, Banshee has accessed SOC funds accounts and withdrawn certain amount of Sirian credits within her allowance of rank and mission. Understandably, it was set up to be used should financial obstacles become a liability for agents away from our logistics but the matter is, she has not made the effort to forward status update or managed to contact us in any way.

Given lack of any reports from Rheinland frontier, we ask you - as current commanding officer in the region - for whereabouts and any information you are in possession concerning Banshee's current situation. The lack of reports from the Coven you have set up may be interpreted in several ways but I hope it is merely small and temporary inconvenience resulting from excess of your workload, not requiring damage control from our side and Banshee operates out of your own initiative and authority. Should it not be the case, we have exfiltration procedures from any of the Houses' colonies, assuming we can track her down prior she gets captured by hostile agency.

Valkyrie,

Banshee is operating under my orders. Her success will hopefully be a heavy blow to the dominant anti-Order sentiments present in the Rheinland government. I had Banshee make use of SOC funds to avoid traces that could compromise the Coven. Neither the authorities nor the revolutionaries can be allowed to find out.

We will keep communications to a minimum as there is a lot at stake and there are many eyes watching. Rest assured, The Order will not be compromised so long as the financial trail is covered, which you are notoriously good at. Banshee and I have left no other leads.
