Tatsori sits in her chair in the middle if black room with only one panorama window which shows the sun of Omicron Delta. During one of her meditation, she realised, that with remains onboard of her ship, The Order or The Core will force her to drop it. But Zelinskiy's experiment shall not be interrupted. The only way to avoid this situation - to warn them to not demand the ramians from her ship.
- Greetings, ladies and gentlemen. Many of you are know about me, but in this situation I have to introduce myself. My name is Tatsori Kongou, I am an ex-commander of the Kusari Naval Battlecruiser. For now, I'm just a stranger, which follows not any Kusari' government targets, they are out of my interests. You can consider me as "spectator". But there are something that I can not avoid. The laws of The Order and The Core. For now, I have to warn you that my colleague, Zoner-scientist, is working on experiments with Nomad Remains. I have to carry them inside of my Cargo Hold, since his main lab is onboard of my ship. But, you have nothing to worry about - with my colleague's help, my ship is now equiped with an experimental psi-resistor, and he's a high specialist in his work. I hope you will act wisely. You say that you are going to follow our Laws - laws that take higher priority than whatever laughable charter the Order may employ - yet you seem ignorant of the fact that Nomadic materials are illegal without question. If we see you with them, we will ask for them, and you will comply with our demand. The only people qualified to handle them is us.
Although for a fee we can allow you to legally conduct your business, if it is for research purposes and away from our sight.
I am also very concerned what a Kusari Battlecruiser is doing within our territories so far away from Kusari House space. Does Kusari know you are operating so far away from home? The sound of an ambiguous 'Spectator' makes me cautious.

As opposed to the lenience of our neighbors, The Order has clearly stated its policies upon the subject of nomad materials being researched or otherwise being in possession of, regardless of goals or circumstances, time and time again.
If your vessel is discovered yet containing aforementioned remains, be it within the confines of the Omicron region or anywhere else, failure to relinquish them will be met with harshly.
I can only hope you realise the stakes with which you're toying and comply before forcing anyone's hand.
The answer was not long to wait. Tatsori has opened her interface and saw the answer from Erik Nodtviet.
"Hm... The Core?... Looks like they are still so insolent..."
She opened the broadcast channel and continued the dialog.
It was not a request, Erik Nodtviet, but a warning. As i told, my purposes in Delta is not connected with Kusari government. Oh, i see you trying to find some information about me... Good move, but there is a little problem. All information about me, as well as about my ship, was deleted. Nobody, except regular Delta visitors and my family, do not know about me.
I found your act as unwisely. I hope The Order will not make a same mistake.
Farewell, safe skies. You need them.

Hah. Small fry that are new to the pond don't try to talk down to the sharks. You were given a chance at pursuing things legally and refused an offer you should have accepted. You'd be wise to respect the food chain in the Edge Worlds, as right now it seems there's something new and exotic on the menu. You were warned.
