We are looking to find a corporation that would be willing to help our club finish renovation construction on a base.
As I have heard and read about Samura's reputation, I would be honored if your corporation would help in completing our small project.
If you are interested and are available, please write back so and I will give you further details about what I would like to hire your corporation to do for us.

Konnichi wa Sunny-san,
Seek no longer, you have found the right corporation. We can build and construct anything that a person imagines. Depending on the scale of your club and the number of Samura personnel we can assign to this contract the renovation can take from one to two weeks. All those fine and fancy corners have to be pushed to the maximum detail.
We are honoured that you have picked our corporations of all others in Sirius. You can be assured that we will meet the challenge at hand.
Send us the details of this operation so that we may prepare for it.
TO: SAMURA INDUSTRIES CEO Greetings Mr. Ren Kobayashi,
Thank you for replying and accepting to hear our proposal for a contract.
We would like you to help us in finishing renovations for Newport Station in Sigma 13. Beta-Charlie 5.
If you did not know it was the wreak apparnetly of Yanagi Base and are coming along to presuppose it.
Have have already brought in the following things to the base and have been renovating with our limited knowledge:
We would like professional help to finish up the base renovation and making space for some suite units, a large space for a night club/ bar/hall/ etc and a well constructed repair hangar.
Of course, other supporting spaces are included such as the mechanical rooms and electrical rooms and we need some help with repairing what is already there to begin with.
In short, we would like to have a Samura team come down to the site for a site analysis and figuring out what needs to be added to finish construction. Then we need a construction team to help professionally get things finished and making the place nice and cozy in this part of space.
Please let me know if you are interested in being hired for the task.

Konnichi wa Sunny-san,
The materials you have provided should suffice for the task at hand. But before we send in the renovation teams in full man power, we'll first send in the a few employees to inspect the work area and figure out with your men what goes where and where should what be built; that being the night club, bar, hall, mechanical support rooms and other...
Thanks for the good news. When can we be able to arrange such a site visit on the construction site? Note though that parts of the station are operational while other parts are not. We are running currently on low energy consumption and just making things do-able to live in for now.
I would also be interested in what you think of the station's electrical and energy field shielding systems as well. Not only from the defense of guns but also from volatile gasses and small asteroids.
Again, please let us know when we can arrange for your employees to visit the station.
Thanks.

Konnichi wa Sunny-san,
The reconstruction team has been assembled and they are loading the necessary equipment for the inspection of the station. Expect us to arrive there in two days.
As for the station's electrical and energy systems, I'll add that on the list to inspect but it's safe to say there isn't anything our team can't repair.
I will contact you again when the team sets of from Yokohama Shipyard.
