I come to you in good faith, to allow one of my suppliers to fly in your space
My command crew and I have interviewed him and his crew at depth, he is in command of the ship called “Briticent”, and his transponder details are that he is not in any way associated with any faction or persuasion, he has the identification papers of a freelancer, and his ship is a “pirate transport”
He told me , and after checking the ships history that it was bought on good standing, that although it bears the “pirate” logo, it is just paint work, and if it was able for him to do so, it would be removed, but at this time, it is beyond his ability to do so.
He only flies between Kepler and Colorado to supply Poena, and his paid by us rather well, basically he said…”that’s all I need to do, I’m happy for that, my family resides at Ames Research, they are comfortable for now”.
A couple of weeks back, he informed me, that whilst trying to get supplies, he was stopped by a navy officer, of a name he can't remember, made him turn back to Kepler, he noticed as he was trying to pass that there was an Ageira ship sitting above Pueblo Station, next to the navy officer, and heard over the live communication, the Ageira telling the officer “that’s him”, which he said was confused, when his papers were of a freelancer identification.
I am asking you to allow him to fly just the one system from Poena and Colorado to supply, and as I have said continue good work for us, as you know, Poena and its suppliers are no threat to anyone.
If there is anything else you would like to know, then please contact me as soon as possible
As I have had no reply to my communication, and or any objections to my request, I trust that all is in order and my supplier of said ship, “Briticent”, be allowed to fly unstopped by any navel or police officer in all of Liberty space
I thank you for your cooperation
The matter is now closed, any further communication is unnecessary

Sigh
The Liberty Navy does not handle such requests and as such your missive was lost in the mountain of reports we sort through every day.
Please direct your request, promptly, to Liberty Police, Incorporated, and if needed, the Government of Liberty to avoid any unnecessary complications that may arise with the Briticent and it's current livery.
