Current situation of military, police and pirate IDs not allowing to trade seems wrong to me. Traders who are part of appropriate faction have to get other IDs. Therefore, for release version of 4.80 ID descriptions and rules will be changed.
First of all, every ID that previously prohibited trade will allow trade on the basis 'if faction requires to'. Therefore, any ID will be eligible for trade, and all traders from all factions should be getting same IDs as the rest of faction. We all know that most money factions earn come from traders, so traders should be considered an important part of any faction.
Next, I'm going to remove 'allowed ship types' - entry will stay, but now all faction IDs will provide same allowed types. Only exception will be Freelancer ID and Criminal ID. Owners of this ID won't be able to buy gunboats, cruisers and battleships. I remind once again that requirement to change Freelancer ID is no longer level 30, it's level 35. Already changed in server rules and server banners.
Zoner ID reputation requirement will be lowered from 0,8 to 0,75.
