I never though I would hear this voice across these channels again, but regarding the subject of the matter I am still intrigued. The Fuji was instead always your flagship, and now serves a rightful cause for the construction of the Blood Dragons new fleet, building up at such a pace we will soon crush the Kusarian Republic.
The circumstances you have given us are indeed rather peculiar, and it will require us to gain control of that region of Tomioka. This overall will require a heavier push on our ground front, I suppose I will contact Samurai Matso on Tomioka's surface... Nonetheless, we will control Tomioka, and we will revive the Fuji for the Dragon war machine, all I need from you is a list of supplies we will need for restoring the Fuji, despite its depressed state, repair is possible at any cost...

Ah, the Fuji. The recovery of what is a monument to all of the gains made by the Dragons in the past year or two is definitely an important issue. As Kaito-san says, it is a peculiar situation. The wreck spread in three different area, two of which are underwater. A region that is currently not under Dragon control and the inherent dangers of reactor breaches.
While the Tenrai does not have the scope and scale of manpower that our compatriots do, we do have skilled warriors and specialist equipment that could be of great aid in the recovery of the Fuji wreck. If both ground and air supremacy can be attained, the Taigei and it's specialist equipment and crew could be moved to Tomioka for the recovery.
Kaito-san, are you open to a joint operation to display the unity of the overall Dragon cause?
Konbanwa once again to the Tenrai, it has been a while since i've heard from your group of the Dragons, but it is good to hear so that you may cooperate with the primary military.
A joint operation is what seems to be necessary, and nothing would be better to bring our groups together for unity. However it will take a large force to take control of that region to recover the Fuji. I suggest the Dragons send in a strike force to cripple enemy structures built up around the wreck, as we know Samura and the KNF are controlling the region tightly. Once that is accomplished then the Dragons can move in with the necessary equipment to retrieve the ship piece by piece, of course we will need supplies to rebuild the Fuji, which can be obtained from allies like the GMG and Order. The Fuji will be recovered, and brought fully into the Dragons war efforts, at any cost to recover, I await a response from the Tenrai,

A force of sufficient mass will, indeed, be required to shift the republican and samura forces from the region so as to secure peace to conduct the operation. The question being, how big a force? To ensure full control over the diverse terrain of the region, any operation will require Naval/Oceanic, Aerospace, Land and Aviation elements.
The Tenrai could, at the most, provide provide the Naval portion along with small aviation and land components. Can the Shogunate provide the bulk of what is needed? How do you wish to convene and arrange the finer details?
On the topic of post-recovery reconstruction, the Tenrai will leave that in your hands to arrange all necessary agreements with our allies. Our logistics branch will endeavor to contribute to the supply levels required, when capacity is available.
