Hello. I recently got a new laptop with an nvidia graphics card which includes the GeForce Experience software. I'm trying to make it record Freelancer which is only possible via desktop capture since it isn't a supported game by nvidia. The problem is that the "Allow desktop capture" box is ticked but greyed out and can't be edited, and the desktop itself isn't being shown on the preview. I tried recording and it doesn't work. I watched this video but it didn't help. In fact I haven't seen anyone who has the box checked but the desktop itself isn't being shown, pretty weird. Any possible suggestions here?

Graphics Card: Nvidia GTX950M (2 GB)
OS: Windows 10
I can help you out with recording with Dxtory + OBS in your laptop (which is best, at least for me. Files are super small and already processed). I also have a Nvidia GeForce and you need to some pretty specific things if with a laptop.
You need to enable an "Areo" visual style in your "Personalize" options in order to enable desktop recording.
If you use Win7, just set it to any of these:
EDIT: And no, I do not have Win10 so I cannot say where to change to Areo themes in your case.
