  Subsequently the following orders are to be enforced immediately by the secondary fleet officially known as Rheinwehr.
  
  1. Rheinwehr Omicronkorps is to be immediately disbanded.
  
  2. Formal report by Admiral Siegfried Hermann to the Ministry of Defense which states the reasons why he authorized a military expedition outside of Rheinland without the government's or Bunderstag's approval.
