=LSF=Shuttle.Zulu has been sanctioned for:

1.7 Metagaming* and/or powergaming** to gain a roleplay benefit for factions, groups or individuals

Consequences: I understand your dilemma. Sometimes there is no way to catch a ship that appears to be metagaming, watching the Player List, waiting for you to leave the system. Well, there is a way, but you have to metagame yourself in order to do it. Yes, the guy metagamed to avoid the encounter, but you metagamed to force it. His actions were poor as far as gameplay is concerned, particularly trying to dock on an LSF base while being attacked by an LSF. However, your actions were equally poor. Logging off, waiting for the guy to appear in system, immediately logging back in to catch him, and then /l one sentence declaring your hostility. There was no RP interaction there at all, really. All it was, was a metagamed encounter intended to win at any costs by both parties.

Loss of ship equipment and credits. Sanction note in hold.

I don't mind to be intercepted , robbed , forced to drop cargo or attacked , it is all part of game and fun , but in this case it is oblivious you just wanted free blue message and you break rules to get it , and after i denied you that , in rage you make report on me to get me in trouble and get some kind of revenge , POSSIBLY even used your influence cause LSF official faction , and i am just a ( relativity ) indie newbie , why not ruin my reputation and force me to sell ship , who cares about me , right ? Don't play innocent victim now ! I can even forgive meta-gaming and log in in space near me , but just one attack line and opening fire 9 seconds later i cannot , especially from a player who is game for so long :

This is happen to me in same situation , i was also cough 2 days earlier , but pilot was do it "by the book" , i obey everything but i also RP every possible reason to get my self out of Jam and to convince him not to kill me , and it worked , they escort me to prison station . Anyone who jumps to Ellesmere gets the same treatment. They get blued. Why there isn't a sign in space at the jh saying "trespassers will be shot, survivors will be shot again" is beyond me. Only difference is that my spare "kill smugglers" ship was off in a different system to pick up cargo from a /different/ smuggler, otherwise you would have never made it to Alert Station.
