"My friends, allies and neutral entities. The Coalition's Ministry of Plenty has recently brought new factories on Planet Volgograd up to maximum output, this means that for the first time in years the Coalition now has an surplus of military-grade equipment for planet-side operations. The State Duma and it's associated bodies in the Ministry of Plenty have thus decided to open up trade of Volgograd Ordinance to those who seek to strengthen the positions of the revolution across Sirius.
From Gallia to Rheinland there are those who desperately need equipment to fight the Houses or Pirates up close and personal, the Coalition shall provide the means for individuals to fight these threats. Sirian Credits can be converted to Social Credits to acquire these goods locally on Zhukovsky Station. The Quartermaster has been informed to release stores of ordinance to those with a valid Green Level Visa so please ensure that your papers are in order before attempting to enter New Moscow to acquire our fine wares. Aside from that enjoy fine Coalition Vodka which can be found ironically enough with the Quartermaster. Do not fear we have a strict policy of putting a fair distance between the Ordinance and any alcohol.
The State Duma hopes you find our wares to your liking and that they aid your future endeavours in fighting the Houses, Pirates or terrorist organizations such as The Core."

The Hessians are near finished with the colonization of Tangier. We are thankful for your support. While the pain of this position is worth enduring, I would very much like some vodka at the moment. Send some over to Votgland, danke.
Privyet, Premier Warner. The Independent Miners' Guild is pleased to hear of the expansion of goods available for export from the Sirius Coalition, and hopes sincerely that this will lead to increased prosperity for all well-meaning peoples in the Omegas and beyond.
While we've already dispatched a small convoy to New Moscow to examine in more detail the goods on offer, I feel it necessary to mention that the Guildmasters are currently debating the ethics of supplying the Zoner- and otherwise-affiliated forces on Nauru currently resisting the Core with whatever means are necessary. If the People's Republic of the Sirius Coalition has any comment on this, and how it might or might not impact future trade relations, the Guild is open to interjections in this otherwise-internal conversation from a group which has proven itself a staunch ally of civilians in need across Sirius, regardless of their pasts or ideologies.
Additionally, I must reiterate the need for secrecy in Guild-Coalition relations; as Deputy Administrator Dietrich recently mentioned in another transmission, the ability of the Guild to operate within the other Houses is of paramount importance for the continued success of not only our existence, but our continued ability to assist with humanitarian missions and the noble goals of promoting freedom and justice for all people across Sirius.
With all that in mind, the Guild hopes for a mutually-beneficial relationship with the people of the Coalition, and looks forward to future improvements in economic relations between our associations, if conducted as securely and responsibly as they have been so far. While our logistics are stretched to the limit with the flurry of ongoing events at present, once things have cooled down, we would invite the Coalition to a more even-footed dialogue to discuss the above matters at length.

"We are pleased to hear that your colonization efforts are starting to bare fruit. Life in the Omega Region can be harsh and unforgiving to those seeking to make a living there. Your request for Vodka Shipments will be taken care of by the Ministry of Plenty. However you may expect delays due to shipments for our facility in New Beijing taking a high priority due to our recent establishment of Kamchatka Station. Do not fear, you will receive a shipment as soon as humanly possible."
-To: General Manager Asher, Independent Miner's Guild
"As always we would be pleased to welcome your people into New Moscow in order to inspect the quality of our wares, firing ranges on Zhukovsky are always available to those who want to get a feel of our armaments included in the Ordinance Package alongside Power Armour and other assorted equipment. As for the fate of those living on the Core-Occupied world of Nauru the Coalition's mission remains the same as it has from the start of the Omicron Delta Crisis: To Safeguard the lives and rights of the Zoner Population in the region.
To us it does not matter if they are living on Freeport 11 or planetside, they are under threat by The Core and it is our duty to ensure they are protected from the Core's lust for blood and power. If the Guild seeks to supply these individuals living planetside with the equipment to protect themselves the People's Republic will support such an endeavour for the good of the civilian population living under the iron fist of tyranny. If the Miner's Guild feels that it cannot support such an endeavour it is understandable and will not impact the relationship between both the Coalition and the Guild.
As for the secrecy of our relations, we understand the need for the Guild to keep it on the 'down low' to operate within the Houses in order for the Guild to make it's living and access goods it cannot get outside of them. Should the Guild wish to talk in person I am always willing to speak to your representatives in order to ensure a safe, productive and honest relationship between our peoples, all one has to do is simply ask if we can have a meeting and we shall go to a safe neutral ground for such a meeting."
