The worst thing is when teammeates kill each other in order to deny the other side the kill for the scoreboard. Or shoot the exploding friendly cap to make the death message not count.

yeh that really sucks donkey dong, admin should nullify all those who are anti to the events progress.
If you dont wanna give the other team a point then dont die or dont come, period.
Alternatively people could just report denied kills occuring in the event area with visual confirmation of ID-name link, and Admins can check logs then act if they deem necessary. Though I'm not sure if the score can be altered manually or not.
It's nearly impossible to screen in a way that leaves no margin of doubt or error. Just not doing this kind of unfair and also childish move would be the solution.

Maybe there can´t be sanctions (at least not every time), but at least points could be added manually. The ship was killed so it should be point for other side, regardless of who killed it. And if people will see their silly behaviour does not prevent opposite party from gaining points, maybe they will less bother doing it.
