The rising tension between Rheinland and Liberty is coming to a head. That being said, we've seen a major influx of Bounty Hunters and Mercenaries that hold no loyalty to the Fatherland. Many have been seen flying Liberty colors. This makes me highly uncomfortable and very suspicious. I suspect those with allegiances to the Libertonians are being paid for valuable information on our great fleet. There is another name for those who work for credits by selling themselves. I think it's time the Bounty Hunters in Rheinland separate themselves from that stereotype.
Let it be known that from this day on, all mercenary and bounty hunter vessels flying enemy colors will be given one chance and one chance only to leave the territory or be destroyed on sight. You will be considered an enemy of the state if you refuse to comply and will be dealt with as such. If you have nothing to hide then you will have no problem complying with this directive. If the IFF is removed, you will allowed back in, but under surveillance and a tracking device will be placed on your vessel.
We completely agree with, and welcome this movement by our gloriuos Admiral. We have had some... disagreements with some Mercenaries and Bounty Hunter's recently.
I am sorry that you have had problems with some bounty hunters. However, considering the growing number of traders being attacked by the RHA I think it would be wise to keep a good report between our factions.
I fear that the RM does not enough resources to control the RHA problem in the systems surrounding New Berlin.
In a time of such tension, why alienate those who could be your allies?
I certainly hope I am not under suspicion, since I fight the RHA quite regularly

If you are transponding a Liberty based IFF, then yes, we have a problem. If not then you have no need to worry. I will, however, advise you to keep that battlecruiser out of my sights. That said, by all means, continue to rid Rheinland of the Hessian scum.

It is good to see that our government is taking a stand against those who would dare undermine our great nation. As ever, the brave men and women of the Volksfront will continue to fight for the people of Rheinland, against whatever foes may present themselves. To this end, we pledge to directly assist the Kriegsmarine in ridding Rheinland of Libertonian spies; while we have our differences, we are Rheinlanders first no matter what flag we fly. This is, of course, assuming that the honorable leaders of the Kriegsmarine accept our aid. We await your response.
As well, we will continue to remove any and all dangerous foreigners from Rheinland space.
Though we may be different, Berliners, it sometimes alarms me that we aren't so different. Though I like to think myself less arrogant, sometimes I do let the assumption that I'm not slip and I become so in forgetting that we are all Rheinlanders. We must remember that, always, that we are Rheinlanders, and that as Rheinlanders we must protect the fatherland before our petty squabbles. The LWB will not scathe a Rheinland ship with our weapons as long as there is a foreign threat in our midst. We have always thought that way, and if any of these ausland devils wish to push into Rheinland, they should meet the full force of Rheinland pushing against them.

You misguided Military fools may despise us for our successful guerilla campaign against your corporate taskmasters, but whether you like it or not we will still continue to rid Rheinland of these "hunters" and other foreign filth, especially in those systems that you long abandoned to our revolution or are too afraid to venture to outside of your frail battleships and their area of effective fire. The members of Rheinland Military Command have received a number of messages from untraceable sources, from people claiming to be the leaders of several notorious pirate and rebel factions in Rheinland. They gave me an offer, an offer to fight our Liberty invaders... together. Not as villains--scum to be destroyed--but beside the Rheinwehr as Rheinlanders, together as protectors of the fatherland.
In response to these messages, I will offer the cooperation of the Rheinland Military. By no means is this a pardon to rebel forces across Rheinland but, should Liberty invade, we will fire first on the Libertonian transgressors. Any Rheinlander is better than the pompous, arrogant, corrupt Libertonian fools.

Comrades, I feel utterly dejected while transmitting this vital message in order to accede that neither the economical fortitude of Rheinland's Government nor the Kriegsmarine's current status would bear witness to any serious sign of competence, if a full scale war was waged upon the Navy of Liberty House and any other contemination those baseborns would lash into our beloved homeland.
The people of Rheinland need us more than ever now and Unioners will make the borders a hell for those who ever strives to breach them!
Our council propose to hold an immediate negotiation for the embodiment of an ace squad composed of the Rheinland's Revolutionary Alliance itself to be stationed in Bering and serve as a first aid of precaution for any future affliction.
