Admiral Landers,
it's been a while since we spoke. The last time we met was during strategic situation briefing. Now, as a proud Rheinlander I can congratulate you on returning to the leading position of reborn Primary Fleet.
I wish we could meet soon. There are various issues which require cooperation and coordination within the military-industry complex. Our latest acquisition and the means to protect it, developments in new Sigma systems, and the subject of eradicating entities of doubtful loyalty from Rheinland space. Now, this problem is more important than ever.
I hope to hear from you soon. I am convinced together we can make Rheinland great again.

Herr Von-Geld,
Somehow this message ended up in my inbox. There must've been a misunderstanding, Herr Von-Geld, I in fact retired from military service years ago. You must've been looking for Admiral Siegfried Hermann instead.
However, feel free to visit Baden-Baden anytime you need to take some rest. The weather is always nice, so the people.

Edward Von-Geld,
This is Siegfried Hermann, Admiral of the Rheinwehr, I don't think we've spoken before.
I'm glad that cooperation between our loyal corporations and the Rheinwehr is at least as important in your eyes as it is in ours. I hope it's nothing new for you that the Rheinwehr is always ready to protect Rheinland's interests in both foreign and domestic space.
I'm looking forward to discuss these topics with you, of course, for greater Rheinland.
Signed,
Admiral Siegfried Hermann
Rheinland Military

Admiral Hermann,
as of now, there are several points which need discussion and cooridination between us:
- expansion in the newly discovered Sigma systems. Resource and habitation surveys should be planned. What is the exact security level there? What are our diplomatic dangers and opportunities?
- securing southern flank from hessian attacks. With fleet's majority pulled back to inner Rheinland systems, we can at once divert sufficient forces for that task. We can wage a war of attrition on hessians here, and bleed them out.
- securing Federal Republic's interests at civilian front. There's a need to ensure home elements of undoubted loyalty are at advantage - in security, politics, economy. On the other hand, elements whose loyalty is dubious, should be put under surveillance. One of such entities coming to my mind is Independent Miners Guild, entity openly neutral with hessian terrorists. They're not the only ones, obviously. We need to be careful of Libertonian organizations returning to Rheinland now.
- Omicron expeditions. This unknown and distant region could very well be good place for expansion. I am personally interested what results resource surveys in the Omicrons could show.
- Nuremberg issue. Evacuation of the entire planet is practically impossible. Millions of refugees in temporary camps, jobless, homeless, will be insanely open for radicalization and recruitment attempts by hessians, bundschuh and other terrorist parties. With no doubt they will also be significant expenditure in the budget. Perhaps, we need to find another solution for that problem.
These plans, of vital importance to the Federal Republic, require direct coordination and cooperation between all members of military-industrial complex, at virtually all levels - military, social, economical, political, financial, productional. I am convinced Buro der Marineintelligenz would prove especially helpful at collecting initial data in Sigma/Omicron expeditons, and as a side managing surveillance at home.

"Nuremberg issue. Evacuation of the entire planet is practically impossible. Perhaps, we need to find another solution for that problem."
Von-Geld's words echoed in his head after the commlink was closed. "Perhaps, we need to find another solution for that problem."
"Perhaps, a final solution." - he whispered to himself.

The bureau of Admiralty received your communication and issues the following statement:
• The Bundesrepublik already pushed foward to secure vital positions within the recently discovered Sigma systems as well as it supports the outpost on Hammersee to act as stationing ground for further operations. Daumann is required to focus on developing industrial complexes there vital to supply a vast category of warships.
In accordance with this act, the Militär undergone several excursions into the neighbouring systems by now. A wide variety of exploitable constellations is recorded and awaits transfer to Daumanns database. We're expectant to the returning presentation by Daumann regarding the plans for expansion.
Prepare your security wings accordingly as the Volksfront has shown a frequent presence within those systems. It's noted that the Bundesrepubliks new borders touch territory contested by the forces of Crete now.
• The Militär took steps to relocate battlegroups to the northern and western frontlines to ensure civilian traffic and operations will be duly protected by military wings. The situation at hand leads to the formal request, which is hereby officially delivered, that Daumann takes care of the Altenburgs repair.
Militär operations into the Omega systems are scheduled. The Hessians will be kept busy until Northern Fleet resolved the situation in the Sigmas.
• The bureau of Admiralty states that the Bundesrepubliks internal affairs are sovereign territory of the Bundespolizei and the Militär will not get involved until a resolution by the Bundestag was issued to appoint military forces against the people of the Bundesrepublik.
Let me address the issue with Nuremberg separately:
The Militär will take off the population there the viable for service. This will strengthen the available manpower to befit Daumann with the military coverage needed. Daumann is to immediately start construction of a military complex on Hammersee along with the orbtial docks needed for the Fleets maintenance.
To achieve that, Daumann may relocate every available and suited workforce from Nuremberg to Hammersee. You may also just replace current personnel that'll be assigned to the Sigmas by enlisting on Nuremberg.
Once both our shares are taken, it's a problem to the Bundespolizei as it's Bundesrepubliks internals. Looking at the fact the Bundespolizei is paid by Daumanns taxes too, you're invited to ensure them getting at it.
