After reading the admin notice about the recent rule changes I checked the official list of rules to see that they haven't been updated yet as far as I can tell. If they have been can anyone post the before and after versions? I'm just not seeing it.

You are not alone who dont see te change, my friend. But its normal for me to not see things which actually exist, so dont count on my opinion too much. They call me me Blind. Or was it Blade?:D

You will need to delete your internet browser cache, and then reload the site. That will fix it. I assure you the rules have changed.
