► Submitter:Admiral Katja Reichardt ► Recipant:Bundestag, Exclusion: all ports BDM ► Subject:Inquiry: complete screening of BDM assets
The bureau of Admiralty issues this inquiry on the complete and uniform investigative screening of all Marineintelligenz operations and assets. • Since its creation the Büro der Marineintelligenz obtained an amount of liberty to act on its own that is not tolerated by the bureau of Admiralty anymore. The Marinenachrichtendienst was set in existance to act as the intelligence spearhead to all Militär operations and as part of the Rheinwehr to ensure the Bundesrepubliks security within its borders and beyond. A duty the Büro der Marineintelligenz is not complying with.
• The bureau of Admiralty states that there's absolute no information on Marineintelligenz' operations on Schatten and similar facilities as well as there's no insight provided on their operations beyond Rheinland borders.
• The bureau of Admiralty states that the Büro der Marineintelligenz refuses cooperation with the Rheinland Militär in providing access to their dossiers, database and alternative documents.
The bureau of Admiralty states the following:
• The Büro der Marineintelligenz is revoked the trust given by the Rheinland Militär
• The Büro der Marineintelligenz is revoked their right to contact Militär assets
• The Büro der Marineintelligenz is accounted for as subject of suspicion of treason to Rheinlands condition by the Rheinland Militär
For years we've watched the Büro der Marineintelligenz following their own agenda, not responding to any request or order to share information on their operations or actions. The Rheinwehr will not tolerate an entity within our borders that is not responding to Militär orders on its duty, all whilst having access to military-grade technology and assets as well as eventually conducting research of questionable intention on a facility locked down to even Militär personnel.

PRIORITY:High ENCRYPTION:Ultra High IDENTIFICATION:Laura Caspers, Staatssekretärin of the Bundeskabinett Sekretariat SOURCE:Bundeskanzleramt, Planet New Berlin SUBJECT:Re: Inquiry: complete screening of BDM assets
Guten Tag, Sehr geehrte Admiral Reichardt. My name is Laura Caspers and I was authorized by the Rheinland Government to reply to your message.
Members of the government expressed surprise about the issues you mentioned since they were not informed about any problems between the Büro and the Militär until now, and so far it seemed that the Büro fulfil all tasks required from it quite well, both within and outside Rheinland space.
Members of the government are not pleased to see there are serious issues related to communication between the Büro and the Militär. On the other hand, they also understand that due to very specific nature of its tasks and activities, the Büro requires very restricted access to its certain internal information.
Thus, the government agreed to hereby promote the Büro der Marineintelligenz transferred off structure and responsibility of the Rheinland Militär and assign it under direct control of ministry of defense. The government will also discuss if there is need for investigation of Büro´s activities as you proposed, and then act accordingly.

The bureau of Admiralty received the Bundeskabinetts statement regarding the presented issue. It's also stated that we've to object your decision but will respect the Bundestags resolution.
The buerau of Admiralty repeats its concerns about the Büro der Marineintelligenz. With the responsibility shifted towards government structures under direct command of the Ministry of Defense, they'll be taken hold for any future inconvenience the current Marineintelligenz represents.
