Omega-49 System
CV-Hoffnungsschimmer
Having not really expected to actually hear from Noah regarding her invitation, his response had caught Maren quite by surprise. Since Vertiga had already agreed to it, though, and since there wasn't anything that would really be a counterargument to having him, she had gone ahead and cleared away all the useless stuff in the Hoffnungsschimmer's 'canteen' and arranged the furniture in a way that would be presentable.
She had informed Thallia, Nancy and Leon that there'd be someone coming for dinner, yet she wasn't quite sure whether they'd actually want to show up for this. Having told Noah that he could simply contact the Hoffnungsschimmer once he was in orbit of Gran Canaria, she figured that it wouldn't be too long anymore before he'd arrive.
She herself had spent some time choosing her clothes as well before settling with something that looked somewhat formal but wouldn't seem like she overdressed. Additionally, she would be wearing a pair of white gloves. Vertiga was probably still in their room, having said something about a shower, and the others had probably gathered already if they'd come.
Since there wasn't really more to do, she waited until Noah would give a lifesign, so to speak, and occupied herself with a PDA, reading.
Noah had just exited the jumphole to Omega 49 with his Eagle, setting course towards the planet at which he expected to find the Corvo Maren mentioned. Not actually feeling like it was a dinner due to his lack of sleep, he had put on a dark jeans with a black sweatshirt, as well as a dark jacket. Whether the lack of sleep was written into his face or not didn't concern Noah, as he was thinking of anything but the dinner itself. Countless things to think about. And then there was Maren, a person he couldn't quite figure out and yet every time he heard her speak, a shiver ran down his spine. As if his gut was telling him to be careful around her.
Regardless of the countless emotions raging inside, the Eagle eventually made its way into orbit of Gran Canaria. Checking his sidearm he had intended to bring with him, just in case, he soon located the ship and contacted it. "Hoffnungsschimmer, this is Noah Xonnel. Came for dinner. Requesting permission to moor."
Unsure how to feel about that weird Xonnel-guy, as he called him in mind, Ezrael prepared himself to look presentable for that dinner, as Maren seemed to find it important to be like that as well. However, like most of the time, he simply put on his Core overall. Because why not? It was just a normal guest, not a diplomatic corps, although Ezrael was already aware of the Paradox using an auxesian transponder now, as he saw it in New London. But it was better to not tell about that knowledge yet, since it would imply that he was in sensor range without Auxesia knowing it back then.
Leaving Maren's and his bedroom, he walked over to the bridge, seeing a well dressed-up Maren answering the mooring request in her enjoyable voice. He wasn't sure if her sound was sincere or pretending, but it was inviting. "Well, then let's welcome our guest at the airlocks", he said to Maren, smiling at her to hide his mixed feelings about that dinner.
At the time Nancy was asleep as she went to bed in the early afternoon since she had been up early as always. Leon was still at work when she went to bed so she didn't find him by her side at that point, but perhaps he had already returned by the time of their dinner...
"Wake up, Nancy. We're a bit late", Leon whispered into Nancy's ears as he had entered her room to get her. He was ready, just wearing a white T-shirt, a wooden necklace and blue hawaii shorts, as he's used to wear those clothes in his spare time. Shaking her softly, he tried to wake her up. "Come on. We can sleep later again, 'angel'."
Maren's PDA beeped, alerting her to the hail. After having confirmed that it was Noah, she hurriedly ran over to the bridge to use the comm console. "Acknowledged, Noah. Let me show you where to and the access codes." She sent him the location of the fixture and the aforementioned codes, her PDA on the console.
She hadn't heard Vertiga move up behind her and thus started a little. "Y- yeah," she stammered before regaining her countenance and nodded. Moving to the airlock to greet Noah together with Vertiga, they left the bridge.
Thallia, having heard from Maren that their was a guest appearing for dinner, had dressed formally for the occasion - a dark blue navy jacket, high heels, jeans and dark brown leather gloves. Well, at least her version of formal. Unsure with what the plans were for greeting the guest, Thallia makes her way to the lounge and finds a chair to sit on.
"Hrm..." Nancy complained but opened her eyes to look at Leon, giving him a soft smile. "Dinner?" she asked a little confused not really remembering that there was one at first but eventually recalling what Maren had told them.
"Oh... eh... you go ahead, thanks." She said with a soft sleepy smile to Leon, thankful that he woke her up.
"Affirmative." Was all Noah responded with and made his Eagle move in position to moor, entering the access codes into the console to complete the docking maneuver.
Afterwards, he got out of his ship and made his way to the airlock, taking a deep breath. He looked at his right hand for a moment, clenching it to a fist as he couldn't get rid of the train of thoughts that was passing by him. Reaching to his head, he took another deep breath, frowning slightly as he arrived at the gate, hesitating to open it for a moment before eventually doing so. His expression was as emotionless as ever, though, one couldn't overlook the fatigue written in his face as the airlock revealed him.
With a smirk, Leon continued. "Right, I totally believe you you won't just continue sleeping. Come on, get a quick shower and put some clothes on. I'll wait for you here, so you just can't fall asleep again."
"Of course..." She smirked to him, leaning over to kiss his cheek before she would slowly slide her legs to the side and from underneath the sheets. She stretched a little before she would walk off to the bathroom, seeming a little wobbly on her feet.
As the airlocks opened, the Corvo's airlock room was visible. Totally standard, just to make sure every guest would get rid of any unwanted bacteria. It would just take a second of bathing in light, then Noah could continue.
Ezrael and Maren stood waiting for Noah on the other side of the airlocks, as Ezrael tried to calm down and be open for whatever he would have to encounter. The lock opened. "Welcome aboard the Hoffnungsschimmer. I'm Ezrael Vertiga, the captain", Ezrael said in a unusual attempt to act formal, as he had somehow the feeling that would be exptected. As he felt very weird after saying that, he added. "Feel like you're home, but let the pant where they are."
Watching Nancy walking to the bathroom, Leon walked over to the windows, trying to see where the guest's ship was moored, but obviously he couldn't see it from that perspective. Waiting for Nancy, he lent against the windows then, humming the melody he sang during his morning routine with Vertiga, as it was becoming a ritual on the Hoffnungsschimmer.
Okay, that went somewhat strange rather quickly. "Uhm, hello, Noah," said Maren before extending her right hand in his direction, intending to give him a firm handshake. A pleasant smile on her face, she continued. "I, uh, don't give too much heed to Ezrael's comments. It's simply the way he talks." She turned her head to Vertiga slightly and gave him a look that said: Oh really?
Noah walked through the airlock, disregarding Vertiga's last words with a nod. "Pleased to meet you, captain." He then looked at Maren's face, then the hand she was extending, noticing the gloves. Reaching out for her hand to shake it carefully, as he didn't want to hurt her, he gave her a nod as well, yet the expression remained the same. "Maren." After shaking her hand, he would then take a few sidesteps to extend his hand toward Vertiga as well.
Nancy would take a casual shower and would remain in the bathroom for 30 minutes. At least Leon had woken her in time so they would probably be on time to meet the rest in the cantina. In the bathroom she'd have changed to regular clothes, again wearing a white shirt and a blue jeans. She bound her hair in a tail and made herself a little more pretty than she'd usually do as she didn't want to look like a sleepy lazy person at the table.
"Ready here." Nancy said to Leon who was still waiting when she returned from the bathroom.
As it was part of his overall, his hands were gloved as well, although that shouldn't wonder anyone as that was a common thing. Shaking his hand, Ezrael continued while inspecting Noah's face, smiling. "Strong handshake for a guy that was said to be dead." However, he already got the impression that there was nothing he was able to do to make that guy grin. "I doubt you're here for a tour through the ship, so why not simply begin with the dinner? Anything else can be done later, if requested. Would you kindly follow me?" He turned around, heading for the lift to the main deck. The hallways of the Corvo were 'okay' lighted. Not to bright, not to dark, and they lacked of anything interesting. Just hallways. The lift was big enough to transport equipment from a deck to another, so once they entered it, they wouldn't fear to come to close to each other. Stylistic, the OS&C luxurious influence wasn't that obvious, however the materials of the walls weren't just plain metal walls, but had some textures on it. Noah would see a few Kishiro Service Robots walking around the ship, mostly to clean it as the airlock had opened.
In the meantime, Leon made it himself more comfortable during the waiting time, lying on Nancy's bed with his feet still on the ground, staring at the ceiling and trying not to move to eventually harm his styled hair. When Nancy returned, ready, he stood up, inspecting her with a more or less surprised smirk and getting closer to her. "You look very well", he complimented her, guesturing her to leave the room so he could follow her.
"Thank you." Nancy said with a soft smile and would lead the way out, although she did check him over her shoulder briefly since she was curious to see if she could get a glimpse of him staring at her.
Maren took note of the way Vertiga and Noah interacted with each other. It was quite evident that Vertiga wasn't really sure how to act and therefore fled into a somewhat aloof formality. Noah was a bit harder to read, but she was willing to wager that the terseness of his voice was rooted in a deep uneasiness that he likely felt here. After all, it really seemed like he was walking into the lion's den. Or like playing Mafia — who was the murderer, or murderers? How exciting! She did appreciate that Noah had remembered how delicate her hands were, though.
As they walked through the ship, Maren tried breaking the ice by chatting amicably over this and that, mostly explaining stuff about the ship and its crew. "And this over there is basically where we store stuff. You can't imagine how many spare parts are lying around there but it was somewhat useful for programming those robots you see moseying around here. Oh!" She seemed almost giddy about having remembered something. "They all have individual voices! You'll see Nodtvibot soon enough! He's the chef."
Once more ignoring Vertiga's 'humor', he agreed to the dinner with a simple nod. As he led the way into the lift, Noah followed, listening to what Maren had to say about the ship and part of its details. As they arrived in the lift, Noah stood to the left of the entrance, a bit further in the back as he wanted to keep an eye on at least Maren. As the 'tour' through the ship continued, he rose an eyebrow at the name of the robot she mentioned, wondering why one would ever want to be reminded of that person. "I see. Interesting..." He commented with a lower voice while seeming to be lost in his thoughts for a couple of seconds.
He must have been a fun addition to Raven's birthday party, Ezrael thought as they left the lift. Now they were on the main deck, with the crew quarters on the left and right. Maybe Noah would notive a red queen-card lying on the ground, that somehow managed to not get itself back into the deck of cards Maren usually used to build houses of cards on the floor of the hallway. They passed the few used rooms with the closed doors, and the hallway became more open, way more bright as the windows on both sides showed Omega-49.
Finally, they reached the cantina, and Ezrael was surprised to see what Maren did with the help of the KSRs. No mattrasses or pillows, and the usual canteen layout was replaced by some decent arranged restaurant-like table layouts. In the middle, two of the canteen tables were put together to form a big one, covered with a table cloth - Ezrael didn't even know they had that on the Corvo. Thallia was already sitting at the table, standing up in a polite way as they entered the room. "And this is our cante- dinning room. Maren obviously pimped it a bit. And the nice lady over there is Miss Thallia Thorn, our medical officer. Thallia, this is Noah Xonnel, our guest."
The way he pronounced Thallia's name was a bit forced, since he was about to call her, as he was used to it, 'Miss Thorn', however, she was now part of his crew. Ezrael gestured them to take a seat. He would sit on one end of the table, Noah on the other end, and Maren and Thallia left and right of himself. Leon and Nancy would sit closer to Xonnel.
Leon and Nancy entered the room just a moment later, looking at the table and greeting the guest in their individual ways: Leon just nodded at Noah with a smile, not even thinking about giving him a handshake, like if would have been polite. Ezrael silently grinned about it.
Nancy did walk over to Noah as she knew he was this one captain she flew for.
"Hello. Nancy. You're that captain I escorted, right?" She asked and held out her hand to Noah, giving him a soft bit still somewhat sleepy smile as she wasnt used to being awake at this time of the day.
Not really commenting on anything on the way to the cantina, he couldn't help but look a bit perplexed by the presence of Thallia, blinking as he looked at her. He eventually nodded at her, analyzing her briefly and noticing that she wore gloves as well.
Frowning for a moment, his train of thoughts got interrupted by Nancy and Leon making their way in. While Nancy's face looked familiar, he couldn't make out the other one. He simply nodded at them as well, looking at Nancy as she held out her hand, carefully shaking it. "Indeed. Nice to meet you." He couldn't help but to feel out of place again, just like on Honshu, preventing him from inquiring about any details regarding the menu or the people, the situation seeming slightly awkward as he retracted his hand while looking at the table.
Nancy looked a little off as she didn't really get a answer she expected since she figured Noah would have been more delighted when coming to eat here but instead he seemed to be a bit off.
"Have a seat, not often we all have dinner together." She said with a soft smile while moving to sit opposite of Leon.
Thallia was also mystified at the threads fate weaves on occasion, a fact apparent on her face. After a moment, she manages to bring herself to speak. "M...Mr.Xonnel. It has, ur... been a while since we last met. I tr...trust you have been keeping well?" Her eyes had taken on a discerning, appraising look as she studied his face and expression closely. After a moment, seemingly content, she slips the glove off her right hand and offers it to him.
Noah looked at Thallia with a bit of a surprised look but for some reason, eventually flashed a rather weak smile, carefully moving his hand into hers, shaking it. "Sort of, yes. Hope the same can be said about you?"
Thallia shook his hand gently, still studying his eyes with her own intently. After a moment, she smiled slightly also. "Li...likewise. I am, urm... glad we get to meet on...once more. Even if by chance."
Having taken her seat, Maren observed the others introduce themselves. It seemed rather odd of Vertiga to make Noah sit in front of him across the table like that and she wondered whether this was simply so he could watch his every move. Her eyebrows decided it was the right time for a trip to the back of her head as she heard Thallia introduce herself to Noah and that he actually managed a reaction that belied actual emotion. "You know each other?" she asked curiously, tilting her head to the side a little while keeping an eye on both.
"And this guy over there is our engineer, Leon Isley. A relative new addition to our crew, as well as Miss Thorn. So, Mr. Xonnel, do you have any wished for the dinner? Our Nodtvibot is programmed to cook about fivethousand different meals, and we have a wide variety of the best foods of Sirius in our storage. So just tell what you want and the robots will do it." Ezrael thought it was a good moment to introduce Leon as well.
Thallia's eyes glowed with curiosity, an expression that lasted only a brief moment, before she sat back in her chair and scratched her nose. She then looked at her hands as she listened to them talking.
Noah nodded at Thallia once more and then looked at Vertiga as he heard his voice. He eyed the people he mentioned briefly, shortly after looking back at the captain. "Well, uh... I didn't really think about that much, to be honest..." He eventually sat down as well at the other end of the table, opposed to Vertiga, giving away a slightly more colorful look as he seemed to have lightened up a bit.
"To answer your question... met just once, I think." He said while looking at Maren, wondering why Thallia was here to begin with.
"Oh, alright, then," she replied as Noah answered her question. "And here I thought you'd walk in here only knowing little old me." She laughed demurely, while inwardly being elated that this was the case. Not really trusting herself to keep a conversation going, it was probably a blessing that the others had decided to tag along for this.
"Was Thallia your doctor too?" Nancy asked curiously to Noah while she sat back in her chair, looking at everyone on the table for a moment while her eyes lingered a little more with Leon who she smiled to as he sat opposite of her.
"I was, ur... looking after a pa...patient in the vicinity of Ba...Baffin. The gi...girl was going through, urm... something rough. Mr Xo...xonnel's path brought us t...to talking briefly." Thallia brought her head up to look at Nancy whilst she spoke. Her brow furrowed slightly, noticing where her eyes lay, before her expression became a wide grin.
"You mean Carina?", Ezrael asked Thallia, as he remembered she was taking care of her, too. In the meanwhile, Nodtvibot approached the table, standing left to Noah. "THE STRONG MAY NOW ORDER ME TO DO AS THEY WISH." It was still the mechanic voice of Erik Nodtviet, with a cold. Amused, Ezrael turned his head slightly to Maren, as she created this. "I think something light would be fitting right now. Potato corners, with curd and a fitting salad."
Leon looked over to Nancy, as he enjoyed how she smiled at him from time to time. "Sounds good to me. I'll take that too, and a coke."
"Same here." Nancy agreed simply, accidently touching Leon's feet under the table with her own.
"It, ur... not Carina. Th..this was a while back." She gave a smile to Ezrael, moving her eyes to point to Nancy and Leon then giving him a questioning look as if to say, those two?. "Urm... ca...please may I ha...have some pasta, Nodtvibot?"
Surprised by the fact that it was like in a restaurant in terms of ordering, he rubbed his forehead while attempting to think, which wasn't an easy thing to do, given that there were still a lot of other thoughts running through his head. Eventually, he slightly shook his head, stopping the attempt to try and figure out what it was that he wanted to eat. He sighed quietly to himself and then looked at the robot. "Do you... have a menu to look at, perhaps?"
"I see", Ezrael replied to Thallia, with a hinted shrug to reply to her look as well, followed by a short smirk.
Seeing Nodtvibot waddle up to Noah and delivering his usual routine of rhetoric to the grumpy Noah managed to make Maren laugh heartily. This robot was glorious. Struggling to formulate phrases through her laughter, she addressed Nodtvibot: "Potatoes with turnip slices and garden vegetables, if you would." Giving Vertiga a little smile, she placed her gloved hand on the table.
"I'm afraid we don't have a menu, since I never thought about to open a restaurant on a five people strong ship filled with service robots. But I can recommend the oven potatoes. In fact, everything is very decent made by this robot. Maybe just a salad? Or a good libertonian steak? Kusarian risotto? Noodles?" Ezrael was a bit surprised about Xonnel not knowing what to eat, however, usually the host would invite to eat a specific menu. He forgot about that, since everyone simply ordered Nodtvibot to do this and that until now. "MAY I SUGGEST YOU TO ORDER THE MANHATTAN SALMON? IT'S CONTENTS WILL BE A FITTING ADDITION TO YOUR BODY'S HEALTH."
Feeling the touch of Nancy's feet under the table, Leon lent back into his chair a bit, returning the favor, smirking at Nancy for a short while, then looking over to all the other people around, just to act less suspicious.
Noah blinked at the robot once and eventually nodded, seeming like he didn't care too much after all. "That'll do. Salmon it is, then." He said with an additional nod before glancing back at Vertiga with a neutral expression as if wanting to say something. He however decided against it and glanced back at Thallia for a moment before at Maren, not understanding why she had laughed earlier, wearing a neutral expression as well.
Nodtvibot nodded with a bow, like a butler and turned around to get into the kitchen, that was still visible behind the counter, since the room still was just a cantina.
"How did you meet Maren, M...Mr.Xonnel? Is it through business or...?" Thallia couldn't remove the grin from her face as she turned to look at Noah following her not so subtle exchange with Ezrael.
Oh here we go. "Not quite, Thallia. The first time we met was shortly after I left Rheinland." She cast a glance over to Noah, quietly asking whether he would like to recount the events.
Nancy giggled a little as she teased Leon further with her feet as she wasn't too interested in the conversation around the table herself as Leon was more distracting to her.
Noah looked back at Thallia, seemingly a bit emotional as he squinted his eyes slightly with a sigh. "Well... met her at Atka Research Station. MND agent, from what I could tell back then. However... she was soon exposed to the Wild... and Inge, a former friend of mine, and I went to... rescue her from their hands." He glanced at Maren with a questionable look, though, seeming more serious than before this time. "And well... against our advice she went to meet them again. Over and over, from what I know. All started with consumption of liquid cardamine..." He started to trail off, automatically expanding on what he was talking about. "And well... eventually somewhat gave up on trying to convince her from my point of view..."
There was a very slight blush in Leon's face, as he tried to follow the conversation and absent he knead his lower lips with his teeth, trying to keep his mouth closed while doing so. He looked over to Nancy again, trying to not grin at her or say anything, as he tried to trap her feet between his, looking over to Thallia then, just to check her expression. Then, as he listened to Noah's knowledge about Maren, he tried to focus more on the conversation. MND? He didn't know much about Maren yet, but he trusted her and Ezrael. God, how long where Nancy's legs?
Ezrael tried to keep a forced smile on his lips as he listened to Noah, as he really didn't like the way he talked about Maren, although Ezrael knew that Maren's past is a delicate matter. Gently he put his hand on Maren's gloved hand, stroking her.
Thallia scratched her nose, looking between the two of them as they talked. At the mention of liquid cardamine, she closed her eyes and sighed very slightly. "M..Mr. Xonnel. Wh...what is your profession, or, ur... was t the time? I ho...hope you do not mind my as...asking questions of you like this." Whilst her body language was uninterested, her eyes were trained on him.
Looking to Vertiga, Maren expressed her thankfulness for the slight gesture of comfort. "He's right, yeah", she agreed, though not elaborating further, instead opting to listen to Thallia's and Noah's exchange.
He sighed quietly as he switched his glance from Maren to Thallia, wondering about the nature of the question itself, studying her eyes. "Independent freelancer back then. Like when we first met in Coronado."
She sat back in her chair, scratching her nose again. "Wh...what are you now then, if you we...were a freelancer?" Her tone was soft, as if trying to make conversation more than anything.
"I've recently joined up with Auxesia, given that I've known them for quite some time now." He replied with a small nod to himself, sounding rather reluctant about having said it for some reason.
"Really? Doesn't Raven drive you insane?" Maren blurted out before noticing how rude that question was and hastily rectifying. "Uh, I mean: I'm glad you found something you'd like doing." She looked over to where Nodtvibot was still wielding the pans and preparing their meals.
Thallia's expression went from slightly hurt to hurt to smiling softly. "I see. They may, ur... well." She scratched her neck, before leaning back in her chair and looking at her hands again. "Th...thank you fo...for letting me inte....interrogate you." She said with a slight grin towards him.
Leon would feel Nancy's feet go up further along his leg as she caressed him and a slight smirk could be read on her face while she tried to act as innocent and look around the table. She still wasn't paying attention much to the conversation.
Noah cast a slight frown at Thallia, tilting his head very slightly as he felt confused. "Uh... I guess?" His frown vanished after some time, nodding at her with a weak smile while still not knowing what that was about. However, he couldn't help himself but to frown again at Maren as he heard her. "She's part of the reason why I joined, you see..."
She raised her non-occupied hand defensively. "Don't get me wrong. I'm sure she's a charismatic leader, given her cult of personality. It almost seems like anyone knows her nowadays." She gave Noah a sheepish grin before continuing. "She is just so random at times. It's," Struggling for a moment, she waved her hand, looking for the right words, "random. It's so jarring."
Since Nancy didn't stop, but continued a bit higher than before, Leon adjusted his position on the chair, moving it a bit closer to the table and very slowly sliding into a, at that moment, more comfortable position again, to hide his lower body way better from a possible look from the side, where Maren sits. He drove his hand through his hair and rubbed it a bit, looking over to Ezrael as if he was silently requesting his help.
"Well, in my eyes she's a good person, regardless of her mood swings. They are indeed quite random. However, that's part of the... 'charm', I'd say. She's unlike most leaders out there. A change that drew my attention, basically. For better or worse, that's not something I can predict." He shrugged slightly as he kept his eyes on Maren, trying to read her reaction.
"Wo...would you all please excuse me fo...for fi...five minutes." Thallia stood up, wearing a smile she was evidently just about keeping together. She took a napkin from Nodvibot, and walked out down a corridor.
"I never said she wasn't a good person," Maren said, finding Noah's way of speaking somewhat strange. "You don't need to justify your choices. I agree that she's quite, uhm, entertaining." She followed Thallia with her eyes as she left, her expression that of slightly vacant interest with a polite smile. "I don't think I'm in any situation to berate you for anything, Noah, nor is that my right, really."
"She's that person on the Eidolon, right? I remember you coming to her aid." Nancy said as she apparently had listened somewhat yet her feet remained to tease Leon, caressing him a little more intimately.
"Entertaining?" Noah blinked, seemingly perplexed by what Maren was saying. "I could ask you the same thing about the Wild, Maren... and you'd likely never tell me why. In addition, if I didn't see the need to justify myself, I wouldn't have done so... as you apparently assumed something that isn't the case." He blinked again, almost staring at Maren at this point of time.
She tilted her head, evidently confused. "I was merely saying that you don't need to answer to anything you're not comfortable with. That is all." Tapping her fingers on the table, she seemed lost in thought for a moment. "Ask me what about the Wi-" she was about to finish her question but Vertiga interrupted her.
Since Ezrael followed the conversation highly focused, with a serious expression, he didn't see Leon's look, so the poor guy turned his head back over to Nancy, supporting his head with one hand while his other hand disappeared under the table, grabbing Nancy's foot, just to see her surprised.
"LOOK, our drinks arrive. Right about time." Ezrael gifted Maren and Noah with a very forced smile, while Nodtvibot put glasses on the table. Nancy and Leon got a coke, and since Nodtvibot usually brang the drinks that the rest of the crew would take as usual, Ezrael got a glass of sweet wine, as well as Thallia and Maren got their drinks as well. As Noah didn't seem to know what he wanted to drink, Nodtvibot brought him the same wine Ezrael got, since wine and fish always match. "IF YOU WANT TO MAKE THE RULES, YOU SHOULD DRINK TO KEEP A STRONG VOICE. YOU NEED TO BE LOUDER THAN THE PLEBS."
