Your sound settings

I want to know the majority of the players here at Discovery that play the standard Freelancer music.

I'm not saying why. I'm not saying its important. But I would like to know.

Many I have talked to have said they have switched their music off and play other music in place of it. I personally do so as well.

I just leave the vanilla music on..

I would turn it off if it didn't restart whenever I enter asteroid fields/meet enemies/anything really with the program tabbed-out. Annoying when you have other music going and then the FL music kicks in. Eventually just gave up and left it on...

ive deleted all the ambience files from my fl folder, so that everytime i tab out and back ingame, the music doesnt decide it wants to play at full volume while i have an awsometastic track playing in the background (like i do atm: Jay Z + linkin park- numb encore ftw )

i have the sounds for projectiles on though, since i use that for a couple reasons (fighting mainly). mostly however, everything is off.

Everything off, and I play aggressive/calm music for my fighting style that I choose to use (Calm for defensive, Aggressive of offence)

Always my own music. I found that the music kicking in when alt-tabbing was annoying since I had to fiddle with the volume control to get it to stop. Now I've deleted all the vanilla music... thanks for the idea, frozen.

Replaced much of the music (need to finish Kusari and Omicron, and work on Tau, Omega, and Rheinland). I hate having background programs going when I'm playing. I can't concentrate in a fight without sound effects though.
