First off, the Behemoth simply must be on the allowed ships list. It's the perfect ship for ALG. It's big, ugly, green, dirty, and amazing.
Second, Daumann is most definitely not an ally. The Daumann/Republican alliance is ALG's greatest rival. There also needs to be some reference to the LWB. ALG-LWB relations are somewhat bizarre. From what I gather, there are factions within ALG that support the LWB, but only covertly. That is why LWB still attack ALG transports; they don't know that ALG is one of the main funders. One of the ways that this can be RP'd is by making regular payments to the LWB faction and having them only attack ALG transports when moving terraforming gasses or fertilizers. I'd suggest negotiating with BaconSoda on that front.
Third, I'd also like a somewhat larger emphasis on ALG's shady dealings. I've compiled a list of rumours regarding ALG, and from them, I can see that ALG, although looking like a really nice place to work, has it's own plots and conspiracies. Not only are they rapidly becoming one of the most powerful companies in Sirius, they're buying out Kruger, competing for a Battleship contract with Republican, and copying technologies from all other houses and companies by reverse engineering their garbage. There are even plans in place to convert Dortmund station into a shipyard to rival those of Republican and Daumann.
"Republican is competing with ALG to win the contract for constructing the next generation of Rheinland battleships. We have a clear advantage in ship design and practical construction experience. But they have a definite strength in alloys and specialized Hull Panel fabrication. "
"There are rumors circulating that ALG is planning on building a new shipyard in Dortmund to build the Bremen and her sister ships. They're willing to build them at cost in order to gain entry into this new market. That's an attractive proposition for Berlin at this point and time. "
"Republican is completely dependent on ALG products to build their ships. They are competing for the new Rheinland Military contract, but lack the technical expertise to fabricate the custom hull materials and other sophisticated features required by the government."
"Secret negotiations are underway between ALG and Kruger. ALG would like to merge our companies into one giant corporation that can build all types of machinery and Engine Components to finally truly compete with Daumann's Ring. It is a tempting offer, but there are complications. The membership of the IMG, one of ALG's partners, views us with suspicion. Many of them are former Kruger employees."
"ALG is in negotiations with the military to build a new shipyard near Dortmund to produce the next line of Rheinland battleships. Engineers recently demonstrated locally produced Super Alloys that met the stringent requirements set by the Bremen ship design team. Soon Rheinland will be free of importing that particular Commodity from Liberty."

Looks like you are spending all the time by checking rumors around, from what i see and saw before:)
1.)
Behemoth was there originally, altough removed after considering the " Flying fortress " nicknamed ship isnt really the best choice for trashmen... Well, will be re-considered. Altough I somewhat still keep more on the "no" side.
2.)
Daumann as an ally was added simply because of the faction infocard to be honest. And as it is told that Daumann produces a lot of waste of all kind, I considered them as often-employer. But will surely check that.
About LWB, well I know abouthe ...2 (?) rumors about sponsoring LWB, I dont think Ill do anything with that just now. And honestly I dont have any intention to send regular money from my so-far-so-poor funds to anyone. Im sure there can be something with LWB in the future, but just now, simply not. No point in taking out something that big with current member count (Yeah VERY small). One think i dont know though is why should ALG sponsor LWB, and if ALG is the main sponsor of LWB, how come that LWB dont know it (I have either missed some rumor, or no idea).
3.)
No point in that right now though, mostly the reasons are same as above, and I will surely work on that if Ill give a try to become official faction, but right now, I would like to get some people and set relations based more on in-game (or Forums) communications.
I know it sounds kinda negative, but so far, I would like to see people enjoying fun-RP around with modern garbage... when it will be little bigger and known, then its time to start theeese "big" things.
Well thanks for the rumors, im storing them all.
I buy things I don't want to make an impression on people I don't like.
IMG is allied in the vanilla (and you'll notice our player faction lists ALG as allied), and ALG, IMG and Gateway form a small but vibrant little underdog triad.
Also, Daumann is not your friend. They may be your customer - out of necessity, not choice - but they are not allied. (You can still have dealings with a neutral party.)

Yep, I see, I have read little more about that... And yeah, the infocard is REALLY messed up. But really thanks, thats exactly what I thought by suggestions and comments on diplomacy:)I confessed that I was pretty unsure about that. Fixing.

Also, get some diplomacy running with Liberty...they need someone to take out the trash, even if they are in a state of cold war.
Well I think leaving them in neutral would be ok, the "incomming war" doesnt affect ALG much, since Liberty dont want to drown in toxical waste during any type of war. After the faction will be running a little more, Ill surely make some "living" diplomacy with Liberty. (Not only with liberty, but with most of living factios )
Let me say my "edit" here once more:
EDIT(1.12.2008): As many suggested... Ill plan on making the faction more complex ( Background, underground conections, detailed diplomacy ) when Ill actually see that anyone is inte rested... Lets face it, when I restriced Advanced Train and capships, I have repeled a lot of people away. But last thing I want is to make another powertrading group escorted by battleships.

I'd get rid of the stinger in your shiplist. Its a GMG built vessel, and GMG and ALG definately aren't friends. Though they don't have to be hostile, i doubt they'd allow you to use their ship
As the new faction leader of the Junker Congress I am watching this intently.
Diplomacy is very much in order. We Junkers need to talk to our friends about cleaning up the garbage in Sigma. All those wrecked advanced trains and BH battlecruisers... we're worse off than when we started.

Well its GMG/Civilian ship, like others it can be argued endlessly if anyone can buy it or not. But I have agreed with GMG that we are actually friends, since we are helping each other out in Sigma, using bases of each other and suppliing. Remember that ALG isnt really counted as Rheinland company.
