We have not met before, I am Director Ryan Larkin from the Crayter Republic Defense Industries, and well there is only one reason I am sending this to you this evening.
After what happened in Tau 44 and the Royalist movements, the Republic and The Council have been working along side another one alot more and we share equipment and ships. Well what I would like to offer you is a chance to get a better understanding of the comparability with our ship line and the TEW weaponry. In return I would like to send one celestra with a team onboard of engineers escorted by two Nyx fighter pilots to Roussillon where my team of engineers and your crews can work together to be able to make it compatible for our equipment and technology with the ship line to work at a power source of 90% instead of the 75% we are struggling with now.
Also to make this deal of a higher price, what would the chances of making a capital ship or warship exchange. We are willing to exchange two Thanatos Cruisers for one of your finest Battlecruisers. We would like to take this as a task for us to go with the other project in the making. We will use your battle cruiser to bring together a compatible, fighting warship that is even more capable of dealing with the Royalist threat.
We understand this will take a long time to decide and work towards. In the long run we will be working alot more together, to build war ships that are capable of the asteroid fields of the Taus, not only that, but ships that are nimble, deadly and very very quick at dealing with the Lynx fighters, Cougar bombers and other ships the Royalist have.
Doing this will be a start of a big future for both of us. The Republic and The Council. We are on good terms as it is from my records but this will only bring us closer.
So basically what I am asking for here is for me to send a crew to you to learn and get a better understanding on how to make your weapons, and ships compatible to our power source. Not only that but also requesting one of your finest Battlecruisers in exchange for two of our Thanatos cruisers.
We are still awaiting a reply from you, so we are just re sending our transmission. Please get back to us as soon as possible. This could be a great thing for the Council and The Crayter Republic.

Bonjour Director Larkin,
Sincere apologies for the late response, however due to the technical nature of your proposal I had to consult with Docteur Charles Lavoisier as well, who's the head of our research division, et as such he's quite a busy man. He managed to fill me up on a few things though.
According to Doc Lavoisier the not so extensive section of the Technology and Advancement Division responsible for compatibility between foreign et domestic technologies is mostly occupied with two major projects: adapting to the latest pieces of Gallic Brigand technology, et reverse-engineering GRN technology based on what we've got with the defection of the RNS (now CLN) Oblique. The rest of our scientists in that section are busy teaching new recruits to extend research capacity within the field. That means while you are welcome sending your teams to prepare our scientific collaboration, we sadly are unable to free up capacity for an indefinite time.
Regarding the warship exchange, I wouldn't be against it, however I can see two main issues with it: the incompatbility of our technologies, which to my knowledge is even severe on the level of capital-grade assets, et lack of officer training, at least on our end. I would find it quite wasteful to lend eachoter warships we can't properly fly et use, instead I would like to propose an officer-exchange program, which would mean sending Council officers to learn et serve on board of Crayter warships, et vice versa. By the time our scientists figure out how our technologies could be put together without any compatibility issues, we would already have the necessary crews to fly eachother's ships. I'm curious about your opinon on this matter.
I hope these difficulties will not stand in the way of our future cooperation, especially since the complete wipeout of GRN forces from Tau-44 is still ahead of us. However, in case you still feel the need to strenghten our ties with technology exchange, I'm sure we could arrange trading some fighter et bomber wings. I am eagerly waiting your response.
Sincèrement,
Général Pierre LaFlamme Du Conseil
Général en Chef Du Conseil
We accept your apology for the late response. We understand that you have had to consult with your head of research on the technical nature that we have proposed. I am sure that Docteur Charles Lavoisier is a busy man with all the construction and technical builds that are in the process.
Your Doc is correct with the compatibility of foreign technology. The Technology and Advancement Division is a big responsibility for both sides and must be discussed correctly for both parties. If there is anyway that our division and research teams are able to help with adapting the latest pieces of technology the Council have started working on then we will be able to send a crew or two to assist. It does get very complicated by the sounds of things. Having to reverse engineer hostile technology to be able to fully defect one of there warships to the full compatibility. We are more than happy to send over a few science collaboration teams to help prepare the technology engineering. So that the technology built by your selves will become compatible with Crayterian pilots. But also for Council pilots to become compatible for Crayterian ships.
The warship exchange could and will be a great part to the Crayter fleet, but also what we wish to exchange to you may also be able to help fight the Gallic forces back to where they belong. Out of Sirius and out of the Taus. I am sure you understand that the Crayterian forces will always be on the side of the Council and we want the friendship we have to become a strong alliance making it like we fly under the same flag. We coordinate, fly and fight as one. This is not for me to decide how it is done. I am just in charge of Sabah Shipyard.
From what I understand, you are lacking of officer training and are in need of assist with training pilots and crew members to be able to command and be able to fly the cruiser class but also the warships that will become accessible to the Council. Here at Sabah Shipyard we have the best commanding officers we can ask for. There are specific schools to go through and it will take you through into Officer training where you learn the basic's. The proposal you have offered about an officer-exchange program sounds reasonable and will make the exchange become more effective, especially after both of our technology and advancement science divisions work together to get the compatibility level above 90%. We do wish for it to become 100% in the future but right now, 90% is what we should work towards. I have spoken with the people in charge of the officer training program and they wish to accept your proposal. They will train up the officers you wish to be able to command and become second in command of Crayterian Warships.
The complete wipe out of GRN forces in Tau 44 will be our next big step. From what I has been said in a meeting onboard Sabah when speaking about the new release and the new addition to the Crayterian Fleet. There was rumors of a back door to Tau 44 which is owned by an organization within Kusari. This could be the way into Tau 44 to fight for what is rightfully ours. This technology exchange, with warships and officer training programs. Will bring our forces a lot close. Especially with our scientists working on making the ships compatible with each other.
In the mean time we are more than welcome for the Council to use the Nyx Fighter-class and Pytho Bomber-class and if it is required the Eros Light Fighter-class in the mean time. This will hopefully help support your people and help with get a better understanding on the Crayterian technology designs and controls.

Bonjour Director Larkin,
As I earlier said it's unknown when our scientists can work together. Nevertheless, feel free to send them whenever you deem fit as they are still welcome on Toulouse, naturally. So are your officers on board of our Perilous-, Obstinate- et Redemption-class warships. There are also a few wings of Geckos, Agamas, Basilisks, even a Stellion wing in the hangars of Blagnac Spaceport on Toulouse we can spare in case your pilots are interested in trying them out.
However, you need not to worry about the Tau-44 system, we've discussed the details of the operation with Admiral Richards back in May, et we've been using the Tau-37 entrance to supply our local forces ever since.
For now I'll send the few already interested officers and pilots of us to Sabah while advertising Crayter technology to the rest. I guess we can return to discuss the warship exchange once it becomes relevant.
Sincèrement,
Général Pierre LaFlamme Du Conseil
Général en Chef Du Conseil
We understand that your scientists are a little busy, but the scientists here are eager to get started. I will send a few teams across within the next 24 hours. Thank you for giving our officers the opportunity to board and learn how to use the technology of the Council. Especially the Perilous-, Obstinate- and Redemption- class warships. Hopefully the training can go underway as soon as possible. This will improve the Tau Alliance so to speak. Being equipped for any situation, our forces will be able to eventually take over Tau 44 once more.
The training programs here are awaiting for your officers. The simulations are setup, the text books are ready. Sorry text pads *Laughs*, Hopefully this will get our compatibility above 90% within the next few weeks.
