I was informed by HMS-Sovereign that Cortez and Magellan were in fact not independent anymore. The fella' told me that I was violatin' a law by bein' in the system, but that I can fix this by registerin' the Exodus for the space.
So uhh, I'm hereby formally requestin' permission from both authorities to be in either system at any time. I monitor the trade lanes and inform civvies and the authorities of pirates around the trade lanes, and I offer escorts for people in danger from unlawfuls. If some sort of payment is required, I'm willin' to pay it.

As of now, I haven't gathered any evidence of how my stay will favour Bretonian Kingdom, seein' how I hadn't known that the systems were belongin' to you. But what I can tell you is that my intentions when I moved to the Magellan-system were to help civilians tryin' to get away from pirates, help civilians who were in danger during a shootout between Liberty or Bretonia and Gallia by providin' cover to their jump gate of choice, monitorin' the trade lanes and the areas around the Freeport. I went to Cortez to try and get away from the warzone, seein' how many civilians know about that now and they too started usin' Cortez instead of Magellan. My intentions there were to keep civilians safe from pirates by either informin' them of their presence or escortin' them past said pirates. If it makes any difference, you should also know I don't demand any type of payment for this.
If y'all need evidence of how my stay will be favourable, I don't know how to collect it outside your Kingdom.

As for hearin' from Liberty Navy: seein' how even the Admiral Sader hi'self ain't told me to get out yet and even provided escort to Cortez, I'd say that's enough clearance from the Liberty side. However it would be better for one of them to actually confirm this I suppose.
PS. mister Admiral Hall, the weeks clearance, is that for Magellan and Cortez only or can I cut through your other systems to make the route back safer and uh... well, easier?

Seein' how I dunno what to look out for when I try to collect the required evidence, could you inform me what type of interactions will be the most favourable for the Kingdom? I'll be completely honest, I intend to stay out of the war with Gallia unless somehow they become a threat to me, which nearly happened, but after that incident was cleared up it is unlikely.
If there's anythin' specific y'all would appreciate from my side, I'd be happy to do it. 'S'long it don't involve killin' no one.
