I'm Sully, I captain the Exodus. I was lookin' to travel through your space on my way to Hudson, but according to yer laws my class of ship ain't allowed in yer house space. I would greatly appreciate if y'all could provide me with a military capital escort through Frankfurt, New Berlin and Hamburg to the Hudson jump gate.

My ship is in a bad way after bein' ambushed while I was stupid 'nough to get myself stuck in a rock field. I'd like to retreat to safe space where I could further repair my ship and also distance myself from the attackers. They seemed to have a base of operations near where it happened. I'll be runnin' along with fighter escorts from a freelancer faction, FL-ER.

If y'all are willin' to grant me access and escort me through, I'd be in serious debt to yer factions. If you accept, I will lower my shields and disable my weapons for safety once I enter Rheinland space.

If you wish to travel across Rheinland with your battleship, the next requirements must be met:

a) The Exodus will possess no weaponry. It is to be dismantled before arriving to Rheinland space.
b) Any and all escort pilots that do not belong to the Militär will be transported in a separate vessel, while the ships themselves may be transported in the Exodus.
c) A fine of 60 million SC is to be paid to the Rheinland Militär's bank account [RM]Bonus.Bank in order to cover the costs of fuel, salary and cut of the tradelanes in the Exodus' route.
d) You are to explain in a detailed manner how you intend to leave the Hudson system.

As you may realize, escorts that don't belong to the Rheinland Militär or Rheinland Federal Police won't be permitted.

Failure to meet any of the conditions will mean inmediate and permanent denial to your request.
