Dear Sir or Ma'am,

I am contacting you in regard to being the victim of a dishonorable event with one of your Cruiser Captains. I was passing Norfolk on my to Colorado, when this Cruiser intercepted me at high speed, telling me to "CUT MY ENGINES NOW." and pointed his main cannon at me. He did not identify himself nor give me a rank or designation. I asked him what the meaning of this was. I was simply told, "We don't like Junkers.", which I can safely assume he means the Navy by "we". After my rebuttal he told me, AGAIN, that we don't like Junkers and I don't like junkers. I stated that I was not breaking any laws and I was not hauling contraband, and then distanced my self from groups that do. He said "I'm going to give you another chance. Pay a little fine, 50000 dollars(What are dollars, I told him I have credits), and you can keep going.". This is EXTORTION! I would expect this from the LPI, but not from an institution that is based upon Honor and defending freedom. I am contacting you in hopes of receiving Justice and Restorations. This is despicable. First of all sorry for delay. In my life time I've never seen such nonsense in space by any Liberty pilot or captain. Thank you for bringing evidence of corrupted Liberty soul that doesn't respect freedom of every living person in our Republic.
