Priority:Medium Subject: Request for a permit to enter Tau-44 and Coronado
Greetings,
My name is Andra Lancaster, I captain the Zoner Colony ship, Exodus. I'd very much like to buy a permit for temporary access to your systems; Coronado and Tau-44. Considering what I've heard from the Crayterians and how well mannered most of them are - especially your military personnel, I'd be more than willing to offer any kind of help while I reside in your systems.
There's no other way of putting this, and I don't intend to use lies to persuade you to trust me. My reasons for entering your system is to scout for Nomad activity. Recently, I've seen more activity from them in and around Cortez and some of my acquaintances who pass through Coronado have reported that there have even been Nomads in Coronado. I understand that you might be against my reasoning, and that you feel you have to take the matter into your own hands, but this has been an ongoing personal project of mine. I give you my highest promise: I will not harm any Crayter citizens, unless in self defense. I will also stay away from any public trade routes and try to avoid contact with any or all civilian vessels, with the exception of when I return to a base - I will let you decide which base I can be stationed on if this permit is granted. Please do not see this as a military operation, because it isn't. I'm trying to gather information to assist the Order against them in the future.
I am aware of the Order vessel that currently has access to the system, I will not cause trouble between them and myself either.
Below is an attached file containing Exodus's details. Please take note that the scanner will soon be upgraded to an Adv. Cargo scanner.
Weaponry:
Secondary armament: Full set ZT-2 Zoner Battleship Secondary turrets(x14)
Primary armament: Full set ZT-1 Zoner Battleship turrets(x4)
Heavy/Artillery armament: 3x TL-45 "Heavy Mortar" Antimatter Cannon, 1x "BBM-GEN" Basic Battleship Missile Turret
Internal equipment:
Zoner ID/IFF
Cargo scanner(mounted) & Adv. Deep scanner
Heavy Armour Upgrade Mk IV
External equipment:
Battleship Molecular Shield
If this permit is granted, I would like to wait 10 days before access is granted, my business in Omega-3 is still unfinished, and I was hoping to settle this matter as soon as possible.
I am Michael Richard, Fleet Admiral of Crayter Military and Captain of Crayter Zephyr-class Carrier Ares. Before moving to the matter, i would like to say i am flattened by what you heard about us *slight chuckle could seen over video feed* and we appreciate any helping hand, especially when it comes to studying or killing alien entities, whichever suits the moment best.
Your acquaintances are right about increasing activity in Coronado system and i think you want access to Coronado system primarily, rather than Tau-44, not to say it is a battlezone between Crayter and GRN forces as you might have seen for some long time. *stops for a second and takes a breath*
About your request of clearance, by my authority i grant you temporary access and will inform 15th Squadron about your clearance. While in Coronado, feel free to contact with civilians, as long as you dont harm we dont see any problem with that, given long standing relations between zoner groups and Crayter Republic. While you are within Coronado space, i will require you to comply with additional terms on top of Crayter Laws as you are going to deal with alien entities, you know how dangerous they can be even better than me. Also i think you would be better with a Permanent Entrance License.
Additional Terms of clearance of the vessel Exodus Wrote:-Exodus will moor at Sabah Shipyard in between research operations in Coronado and inspected by specialized personnel for any and all infectee/unusual/alien-related activity.
-Crayter Republic will get a copy of documentation of research findings which includes physical/artifical/virtual/energized samples, datas, if found any.
-Exodus will comply if any Order/Crayter personnel needs to be aboard in the vessel.
-If repair and maintenance needs arises, the Exodus will given available drydock, as long as not causing a strain on Republic resources.
-Exodus is advised to prepare their own repair team and resources if Republic cannot provide manpower/materials at the moment.
*Starts to touches and waves his fingers on his PDA, opens tabs and putting attachments to different informative and request sections of Crayter Republic on NeuralNet*
At below of the transmission, you should see a NeuralNet link to our Laws for being sure you read them just in case, and another link to request your license.
*sees the ship information meanwhile, reads armor plating and weaponry info with a disappointment, mumbling about mounting 3 Heavy Mortar, he decides to add a note to Lancester*
As a personal advice from a fellow captain and war veteran, you are a researcher that commands a colony ship and you wont participate in combat as much as we do. Yet you should refit your ship with better armor plating and better combinations of armamants. Again you can use Sabah Shipyard for that should you need.
Safe skies, Captain!

Priority:Medium Subject: Request for a permit to enter Tau-44 and Coronado
Greetings,
I greatly appreciate the cooperation, Fleet Admiral. About the equipment aboard: I can assure you the ship is outfitted purely for defense against capital class vessels. We do not engage any vessels if it does not directly threaten our crew or the crew of a civilian ship or base - Nomad included. As for Tau-44, I'd actually prefer to be granted access to that system as well, as people I've worked with before have reported sightings of Nomads there. My relations with GRN have been neutral up until now. However, if you insist that I do not enter Tau-44, I will comply.
A request form and the needed payment will be sent in a few hours.

Greetings,
I thought best to notify you of my arrival. Although two of your commanders have already spoken to me and let me know they were expecting me, so I guess you already knew.
Anyway, I've sent a formal request for permanent access, as suggested by Fleet Admiral Michael Richards.
Take note my surname has changed from Lancaster to Sullivan, as recently I wedded.

Andra Sullivan,
Hello there, let me introduce myself. I am Admiral Claire Chandler from the Crayter Republic. I am the second in command of the Crayter Military, Fleet Admiral Richards was dealing with you previously but at this moment in time he is busy dealing with another matter.
So without further will do, we have received your payments for the permit. But there is a slight problem, we hear you where threatened by some Auxesian ships earlier today within Coronado. Correct me if I am wrong.
I hope you understand that I will be required and requesting all the evidence on this. The evidence I have received is very unclear and is only giving us a limited view on what really happened. So I wont hold you up but I do require all evidence from your encounter with the Auxesians today and this threat they have offered you.
Zoners are good friends of ours and we don't like to see any Zoners get hurt.

Greetings,
The so-called "threats" from the battlegroup can be put to the side as typical warnings to not interfere with their operations - which I intend not to. Personally, I did not take these as threats, however I do appreciate that the person I told about this has reported it to you. I can only guess it was the commanding officer of the Order Osiris currently also in your system.
For the sake of repeating myself; I don't see them as threats, only statements of authority that I will be dealt with if I am found to be breaking any Crayter laws. As they did not seem like any threats, I continued my routine clearing of the communication logs that are not important.
As for the permit, if I may ask, how is that coming along?
And in the case of the temporary access Fleet Admiral Richards has granted me, how long will that last? I need to know in case something holds up the decision and processing of the permanent permit.

Andra Sullivan,
These so called "threats" from Battlegroup Auxesia can also been seen as a warning for causing danger, or damage to the people of Crayter. Not only this but to civilians lives that pass through the Coronado sector. I am requesting you send me all the evidence of this situation before we can move forward. I understand you want to go on these nomad hunts. But we have specialists here that are able to do that, The Order being one and Auxesians being two. I also have some members who have had the necessary training to deal with nomads and to be able to spot infected pilots and humans out rather easy.
So please do as I ask. You are saying they are only statements of authority, but the Auxesians do not have any authority within the Crayter region or Crayter space for that matter. Crayter space is Coronado. So again I am asking you to send me all evidence on this "threat". Please do not lie to me either, I get very very mad and angry especially when I'm being lied to but I know there is something.
Your permit we have received but until this matter with Auxesia has been dealt with in a civil manner, it has been placed on -Hold-. The temporary access is normally 24 hours so you have a little while yet, but if you meet my demands we shouldn't have a problem.

Greetings,
I see. I did not realise they had no authority in your space. I also did not realise how important their words would prove to be, I can only ask your forgiveness for this. I will have a thorough scan through my logs for anything, but as I said before, I do not expect to find anything as I have destroyed any unimportant information.
However, now that you have made it clear to me that they do not have any authority, if I have communications with any battlegroup members, I will forward them to you.
It seems you had trouble with Auxesians, while normally they dont threaten any zoner around, and i cant think why they did it to you. I am glad it didnt evolve into something bigger. We have enough troubles to deal with in Coronado as you know, no need for another one. I advise you to keep an eye on them and report your...relations with them so we can keep track of the situation and help you. Also, to clarify it again, Battlegroup Auxesia has no authority over Crayter space. For your own and research's sake i recommend you to send reports over it regularly. I dont want to see you chased by some angered auxesians, alright? It would be a mess to save you from it. As a side note, congrulations on your wedding! I wish you two have a happy life, at least as much as you can have while dealing with nomads and all the things here. *smiles* Ah, one more thing, my surname is Richard, not Richards, please a little more attention over that even if my own officers confuses it after all the time i am in Military...
Richard, out.
