Good Afternoon,

I believe it is of great importance that this matter be addressed. Not only have I witnessed in the past days nomad activity in Liberty and the Taus, but I have reason to believe there might be Nomad sympathizers or worse: The Junker Congress.

While you may think this is a wild accusation, consider the following events:

My first encounter was in the Texas system. When entering the system I found a Junker surrounded by three nomad vessels. After approaching cautiously, I had noticed their conversation and became dumbfounded. They were actually discussing things in a peaceful mannor and about a supposed 'Rift'. To make matters worse, he mentioned something about the IRG Zoner group, and that he didn't see anything wrong with what he was doing.

Needless to say, I retreated quickly out of that situation.

The same run, I decided to head to Coronado. As I exited from the station, I found those name nomads passing through and moving towards the Taus! I followed them up and managed to stop one in T-29 / T-23. I was not thinking straight at the time, but I managed to take down not one but both nomads! The third, possibly a small one that the Nomads were escorting, got away. Durring all this, weirdly enough, the same Junker had appeared in T-23 to watch the fight. Oddly enough, he didn't try to help me. He just sat and watched. When I asked him after the fight why he didn't want to help, he responded with a quite strange response.

Needless to say at that point I was completely spooked out. The Junker didn't even have any business being there in the first place as I didn't see him venture out further but rather return back from where he came.

As I understand, I believe the Order will have great interest in these strange situations.
I leave it to you to hopefully decipher what might be the backstory to all of this.

First off, I do apologize neither of the Admirals can spare a moment, they are very busy. I am Agent Shieldbreaker, the Overwatch Liaison. And as such...I can say with full confidence...that this situation is not at all pleasant. We have heard many things about the Congress, but this news is...disturbing.

I will contact Admiral Hunter and if he has time, he will take charge of this. Until then, I urge the AFC to keep an eye on the Congress. If this could be the beginnings of a new facet of the infected, then it must be observed and acted upon.

Thank you for keeping us updated, and we will be waiting for more.

I am making another report about recent nomad activity that has been active in Bering.
In some way or another as well, this is concerning the Junkers with their relation to the Nomads.
About 3 days ago, I had been in Bering and found a Junker passing by a substance called Azurite Gas. This seemed to be quite a dangerous thing as from what I remember, Azurite from New London was very toxic and highly unstable among other things. I remember reports claiming it also screwed up your mind. This .:j:.ScrapVulture character keeps on showing up again and again as having a connection to nomads! You can look more here.

Just a few days after, we got a report from Bering Chapter of a Nomad sighting! Two of them in fact! When he arrived, they were seducing two freelancers and I tried my best to get them to snap out of it, but it was no use and they followed the nomads into the edge reaches of Bering. He was alone on this so he decided to turn back and get help.

He contacted the [LN] which came swiftly to help in a rescue mission to save the freelancers. One of them was taken out and the other became lost and they were searching for him until we found him. He looked to be alright. The A/) and HellFire came to try to take custody of the Freelancer from the Liberty Navy. Who knows what for.

What concerned me a bit bigger was that when my man was flying in search of the guy, that .:j:.ScrapVulture followed him and told my Bering Chapter man to get out of Bering. He then from the looks of it threatened him that he would be eaten by Nomads! What the Hell? If I am wrong then I am but that just looks screwed up! That's a sick joke if it is one.

Oh and a little treat in conclusion:
