Greetings and salutations again amigos.
It is with a happy heart that I can inform y'all that the work on the Jiminy.Cricket is progressing just dandy. We are basically in the finishing stages of the repair work and are about to start putting on the finishing touches, where after we'll be takin' her for a spin to see how she holds up. Them Nomads sure did a number on her, but the combination of Corsair and Junker engineers fixin' her up made this phoenix rise from the ashes better than ever before!
As promised, we haven't been sittin' back and spendin' all our time workin' on the Cricket though. Oh no, I made a promise and ain't one to keep my friends waitin'. We've got a nice group of willin' and able pilots together increasin' the traffic to Gamma by a huge amount. In the last week alone we've had to top up Junker's Town about two times with the amount of materials bein' shipped out. I estimate close to 70k units of premium scrap ending up at Tripoli alone. Roughly the same amount of artifacts has been distributed by us all over Sirius by us and some of our other allies that's been helpin' us by picking up artifacts we drop off at our bases. We've hung out with some of yer pilots in system, havin' a nice chat, sometimes shootin' 'em a coupla bucks to show our appreciation' of havin' us in yer home, shared a smoke and some laughs around Crete. I must say, yer boys do a fine job of keepin' Gamma safe. It's very seldom we go through there with no one around, makin' sure we stay out of harms way. The amount of scrap we bring in are highly visible in the increase of new, aspiring Brotherhood members roamin' yer skies lately, all in the finest Corsair warships Tripoli can produce. Heck, I even assisted one of yer pilots just the other day in a diplomatic dispute with a freelancer that had some trouble gettin' his comms workin' properly. The situation was resolved favorably for all parties involved and some more business was done between the freelancer and the Corsairs. To prove I ain't just blowin' hot wind about the going's on, I've taken some snapshots of our pilots doin' business around Gamma.
Now, with the increase of activity and the stoked flames of friendship between the Junkers and Corsairs, naturally we've attracted some scavengers. We have had a run in with the Liberty Navy not too long ago that our Arbiter managed to defuse in a very diplomatic way. We have had a patrol of GMG bombers destroy an entire Junker fleet of transport ships after usin' some questionable tactics to locate the fleet. Lots of good crew members died that day. Lots of valuable commodities destroyed forever. In a more recent turn of events a BDM officer started sniffin' a bit too close for comfort. He ain't done nuthin' , yet, but we all know if BDM is sniffin' around our fleets, the Rheinland Military ain't too far behind either. We understand y'all have yer own business to take care of, so what we're askin' ain't manpower and ships to escort us, even though I know if a Corsair was to offer his services as escort, a Junker would have to be a special kinda idgit to refuse, as he can be guaranteed of a safe trip with such a fine pilot by his side. No, we have been discussin' ways to ensure the safety of our families, our ships and our cargo, and we have come to a much simpler solution. One that would cost the Elders nu'n more than a simple yes answer. While we've been fiddlin' with the Cricket, our engineers noticed it has everything that it may need to do fleet jumps, all we need to do is install a proper jump drive. What we are askin' for is permission to jump tradin' fleets to and from Gamma. We have been granted this privilege before and I would like to add that it has never resulted in any trouble between the Corsairs and Junkers. The fleets that we will be jumpin' in will consists of traders, flying Salvagers and Serenities, a fuel ship, and a Bustard. I am well aware that a Bustard is classified as a civilian carrier and, hence, classifies as a warship, but come on, it couldn't even hurt a coupla nomad fighters, what's it gonna do against yer specialised craft? Nevertheless, I assure y'all that no Bustard will get within 30k of any of yer stations. Our normal protocol of 'no shootin' unless fired upon' is also firmly in place. I can give you my guarantee that no harm will come to any Corsair or Corsair structure by the hands of our pilots. Anyone that dares break this agreement will be dealt with in the harshest of ways. Just to clarify, the permission we askin' for ain't just ferthe Jiminy.Cricket, but also fer the other Bustards we have available, although I can't think of a situation where more than one of them will jump at the same time.
Of course we know that y'all can't just live on premium scrap alone. Hence we are prepared to ship any commodities you may need that we can get our hands on to you as well. That can be in the form of large shipments of food, drinks, supplies, anything yer hearts can desire to anywhere you desire on two conditions. Number one, we must be able to get hold of the commodities, even though there ain't much we can't get hold of, there still is some stuff that is just beyond our reach. Number two, we must have access to wherever you want it dropped off. This of course goes without sayin'. We can bring all the commodities in Sirius to y'all, but don't help no one nuthin' if they're left floatin' in space. Our shipments will most of the time consist of scrap cos of our long standin' agreements, however from time to time we will bring other stuff like food supplies as well. Any specific orders can be put in contracts for us to have a gander at.
We fiercely hope y'all fine men and women can see the mutual benefits of this proposal and that the outcome will be favorable. We hope to hear from you soon before any more lives are thrown in the grinder of our enemies.
Best of wishes

Peace and good will, Mr. Tex Mex. I am Caelius Moya, and I serve the Corsairs as the Preconsul of The Brotherhood. Two hours ago, I personally sent an engineering team to Tripoli with materials to reinforce the dorsal and ventral hull sections of the old ship you're working on; it will enhance the ablative capabilities of its external armor against the radiation of the Edge Worlds.
Your requested permissions are accepted, and furthermore, are hereby established as a special priority for the next few weeks. Feel free to give our pilots a standard neural net hail using regular or subspace signals and they will be glad to provide an escort.
My people have enough eyes and ears in Liberty to know that there are spineless bullies of all shapes and colors giving constant trouble to your men and women, dirty enough to bring a whole fleet into your humble home, and pathetic enough to feel they are superior after abusing your rookie pilots. To reward the high regard that you have demonstrated our People, The Brotherhood is standing by to help provide your pilots with both general and specialized combat training. Should you accept to receive it, contact me once again.
Let our peoples always attend each other's needs with honor. Please extend our gratitude to your brethren of the Junker Congress.
Have a great day, Mr. Tex Mex.
Cordially, Caelius Moya,
Hispanian Warrior
Preconsul of The Brotherhood
