Dear friends,
The latest times are putting some strain on the Bretonian industry. It would be very beneficial for us if some of our ships required less material to build, such as, for example and especially, the Churchill-class. In order to compensate, we are testing the concept of the so called mini-gunboats. It has passed the theoretic phase, but we lack the means to test it in practice. Freighters would be the most ideal chassis to test it on, but we have a crucial problem with the Clydesdale-class: it was not designed for combat. Instead of spending even more time and resources on heavily modifying one, I would like to ask you to aid your allies and lend the Armed Forces one (1) of the so heavily fortified Grizzly-class for the mentioned purpose. If you wish, you can name what you require in return.

Salutations,
I must commend your choice in choosing the 'Grizzly' freighter, its combination of mobility and heavy fortification designates it as a suitable platform for the construction and planning of what you called a mini-gunboat. The Liberty Navy has agreed to grant you one (1) 'Grizzly'-class freighter. However, in compensation, the First Fleet would like to acquire two (two) 'Hussar'-class Bretonian light fighter. We hope that you find exchange satisfactory.
Thank you.

Admiral Natalie A. Reaser.

Dear Natalie,
The First Liberty Navy fleet may take off with your two brand new Hussars from HMS Suffolk whenever you want. By the way, it has been a fairly long time since we talked before. I hope that you benefit from what you have learned as an Armed Forces admiral. If you wish one of these ships for yourself, you could acquire it from the Ark Royal too. Perhaps we could meet on Curacao for tea one time, and discuss about what has changed. I am running the Third Cambridge Planetary Fleet with care meanwhile, have confidence in that.

Dear Admiral,
Meeting you once again after this long period would be my pleasure. I may be heading to Bretonia in the next few days, hopefully we can exchange some talks and discussions regarding the recent changes. Anyway, the quartermaster on Planet Manhattan has already been advised of the change of ownership, The armed forces may pick the Grizzly up whenever.
Thank you.
