Buongiorno!
I'm pretty sure you remember me, after all, our conversation happened just yesterday. The situation didn't really let me to extend the invitation in a proper way. Given the rather tense attitude, that is. So, hear me out, if you wish.
I'm sure a coffee break wouldn't take too much of your time. A moment of refreshment to say. So, will you join me for a coffee?

The camera shows her in what seems to be a room compartment in a station somewhere. Debating with her facial expressions as to how to deal with such an odd request in the first place.
I'm beginning to wonder whether or not you got any of what I said before through that thick skull of yours. Honestly I wish I could have shot you back then just to make a point, but I digress. I don't know why you'd ask me over something so simple, yet unneeded. I have my own reasons not to go, and you still haven't managed to give me a better reason in regards to actually joining you on your little idea.
So unless you can somehow make up a good enough bargain or reason for me to neglect some of my activities, then do tell afterwards. Otherwise I'm not interested enough, regardless of your intentions or how nice a break might sound.
You might have my ears, but you don't have my mind, Herr Marchetti.

Can't say I didn't expect that reply.
Then again, expecting the worst, and trying for the best is what makes us human. I had my reasons to try, which quite possibly aren't so appealing to you. Still. Trying is half the battle. Simple is not necessarily unneeded. It's a gesture of friendliness. To reassure you, and your colleagues, who may still be wandering what my intentions are, despite me telling them.
What I can offer? Experiences, with people mostly. If I was to tell all the details in a message, my bargaining chip would be worthless. Besides, don't you have any interests in people who have seen a lot, came from far away places? Curiosity is what drives us all.
I appreciate your quick reply, and I hope to hear from you soon.

So far, yes, they aren't appealing enough to pull me into this scheme of yours. But I slightly admire that persistence. As for your intentions, I am not sure whether to trust you on them or to doubt you completely, as you are still an outcast and I am nowhere near ready to get backstabbed by someone I don't know out of the blue. But tell me first of all, why do you think sharing experiences and clutching on my curiosity would be enough? Though I doubt you will say it since otherwise your bargain might falter. I have my doubts, but so far you haven't dispelled them.
I can believe all I want in the fleeting dream of simply letting myself go and enjoying whatever I can find in this large universe we inhabit. But then you have greed in play among the most diabolical people you could ever think of. I am trying to see my nation become what it once used to be, a thriving place where everyone can live without the fear of being shunned nor screwed over by politics and the higher ups. Not poisoned by outside influence and then merely stomped on.
A place my father can still be proud of.
You have made the first step Marchetti, but the second and third are farther than you think.

Scheme? Not quite. This is not some conspiracy by the entire Maltese nation. If you wish to label it somehow, call it the "Optimism of a delusional man." Backstabbing is yet again, not something I could ever do. Let alone raising a hand on a woman is to be despised.
Is it enough? That's not for me to decide. I still can't have a glance into the minds of all the charming ladies. Curiosity is to slowly increase with time. The refusal might turn into regret over time.
Take some insight from your ideals. A place where everyone can live without being shunned. You have to take a step in the right direction too. Else, the freedom you long for, will stay in the shackles of politics and fear of the unknown.
If that eases your concerns, feel free to come armed. Surely I won't. Trampling over my ideals for the sake of my constant peace isn't what I strive for.

Optimism coming from a delusional man? Now that's something I'd call interesting already, since I don't have even the slightest of clue as to why you would label yourself delusional. At most I'd only call you a very persistent man with some kind of mission to find ladies all over the place without any real reason. You know, the scummy kind whom are exceptionally talented at 'smooth talking' yet you somehow give off only a slightly different vibe.
Her expression changes to a more questioning one while she tilts her head in the feed while holding her head up with one of her free hands.
And here I thought you would actually think of something else to say... but to actually use my own point for your counter? I don't know whether to praise you or belittle you for it. I suppose neither of them fit since I haven't even thought of what to do with this in the first place even. And with that, I've taken a loss. Your demeanor is awkward to say the least, but you would still go this far just for something so damn simple.
Name a time and place and we shall see whether or not you truly are worth any time.

Self-given titles tend to be misleading. I was trying to mimic the way one gives gives a name to the other, pre-determining an encounter, even before it began. My apologies for that. I can see why my words are interpreted like that. See it as you wish.
You handed over the argument quite willingly. Even if it may look like a cheap move, it was there. The place for this meeting... The Freeport in Bering would be fitting. As for a time, I'll leave that up to you. Whenever your schedule lets you do it. Again, thank you for the chance.
