Pilgrim Liner excluded from Pirate ID??

I understand the wiki is horribly outdated, but I have a question.

The Pirate ID (which is arguably the hardest ID to use besides Nomad...) limits the player to cargo ships with a size of 3,600. The only exception listed is the Unlawful Pirate Train which has a cargo of 4,300 / 7 turrets / 125,000 hull.

So, why is the Pilgrim Liner not listed as an exception? It is also a Sirius Unlawful ship with 4,300 cargo. It has 11 turrets / 180,000 hull / and a CD to boot.

Why is a very obvious pirate ship, which actually has the equipment to pirate successfully, excluded from Independent Pirates? IT doesn't make much sense, especially considering how Indy Pirates are the target of pretty much EVERYONE on the server.

Any chance of this getting changed to add another Unlawful ship to their stable?

I think there is a discussion about the cargo size of the Pilgrim Liner somewhere on the forum. It was (recently) rose from 3600 to 4300 but it might change again depending on how this discussion evolves. As a zoner I am also interested to fly this liner but the 4300 cargo is too restrictive with the zoner ID.
