TO: The Order| cc: Order To Overwatch and other representatives,
We've been having a little sort of pest problem.
Auxesia, to be exact. Have they been trouble for you too?
The first time we made hostile contact with them, they tried to make an excuse to shoot at our ships that were traveling from your controlled space's direction...
So I assume they have bad blood with you.
If that was not enough, and perhaps could have been forgivable, what is not is that they have shot openly at our Exotic Entertainers than threatened their safety, not to mention hunting us on behalf of junkers for the blood money.
Would you like to work together against this annoyance?
TO: THE ORDER| Greetings Admiral Golanski and others,
Let's talk about business, shall we?
As you are aware, the Archangels have been transporting a good amount of these Kemwer munitions out to the markets of Sirius. The quality of the goods really does hold true to how it is advertised, and the buyers out there are eager to get their hands on the munitions in bulk.
We understand though that the Order might need some of these munitions moved outside of the Omicrons an into forward locations? From our visits and time down on Akbat, we've heard about an Order installation in Inverness. Battleship Atum, is it? I am certain forward operations are in need of supplies, and thus I am asking if the Order is interested in the supply of Kemwer munitions to that base of operations.
Additionally, we were wondering if the Order would be interested in a joint operation to distribute these fine goods all over. I am sure you know about Blackport 66, home of our most famous Black Cherry Nightclub. Down there in this location, we are able to hold in bulk supplies shipped from all across Sirius and be ready to redistribute elsewhere. As you can imagine, this holds an advantage for distribution, and a joint operation would be quite efficient.

President Sunny;
I do wish to apologize for the initial message not being answered. Our beef with Auxesia started when they attacked the Osiris, Starborn, because - and I quote - "he was obnoxious." Now already joint forces of the Order and other allies within the Liberty and Bretonia Theatres of War gave them a few thrashings before we resumed our hostile ignorance. If AFC wishes to commence any hostilities, we will assist as we can. Unfortunately we are unable to effectively counter Auxesia within Liberty due to their relations with the Hellfire legion, whom I personally would rather not commence hostilities with. The Legion has a history with the Order dating back to the venerable Black Squadron, and as such I would rather not cause a deeper rift to form.
In regards to Kemwer, Blackport 66, and further distribution, that will be decided upon by Admiral Golanski. Personally I'd prefer Kemwer not going to every corner that is not allied to us - quite honestly I'd not like to end up shot by my own damn munitions, quite honestly. While Blackport 66 would be a good place to store Kemwer for greater distribution to our allies throughout Sirius, the danger is that, if Blackport 66 was assaulted and boarded, those valuable munitions would be taken.
I will leave the decision about Kemwer to the Grand Admiral; as for Auxesia, anything you can do to harass and strike them will be helpful - I have my hands full with many other operations that might never see the cold light of day, and as such...any breathing room is appreciated, President Sunny.
As always, a pleasure to talk with our friends..

I understand and fully respect your concerns about where the Kemwer Munitions would end up. We are interested in helping the Order with supplies to your Allies and to your forward locations, and thus we are willing to control the sale of this weaponry to their rightful destinations.
Perhaps it would be of interest to The Order if you could supply us with a list of your allies that are cleared to handle these munitions and would be in need of them? We would be able to do what we can in distributing the cargo properly to strategic locations to help further and reinforce Order influence in Sirius.
As to the safety of the munitions on Blackport 66, if they are kept secret, then that would be the greatest defense. At the moment we do not foresee dangers coming our way, though would it be too much to ask that, if there would be signs of trouble then we may ask the Order for aid in our defense? I can offer you the possibility that this location could be of some use to the Order's influence, and so it could be of some value to help if things would get rough for one reason or another.
In terms of the Auxesia, we will be happy to do some harassment and get them off your back. Is there anything in particular you'd be interested in seeing done?

President Sunny;
The offer for the Order to use Blackport 66, if I understand right, then the Order could greatly benefit. Our ports in the storm are few and far between in Liberty, since we don't wish to endanger Junker installations further. Blackport 66 would be an extremely helpful place to stay within the Liberty Theatre of War.
As for the safety of Blackport 66...if I remember correctly you're in kepler, right? While I can't promise much in the way of fleet assets, I can have a few wings on standby and we also can talk to the Blood Dragons about sending help. But with our fuel needs and regulations regarding our capital vessels we cannot dispel at the current time - I can only deploy very few warships to assist.
As for Auxesia...
I hear they have an Osiris. I'd prefer if I didn't, if you get my drift.
As always, a pleasure, President Sunny.

We are willing for the Order to use Blackport 66 as a port for your ships. I would like to stress, though, that in doing so there would be a strong habit of not being seen lingering or in the process of docking for far too long, or even rather associated with the location. Blackport, though, is discrete enough to have this be accomplished with ease.
Please do not take this the wrong way, The Archangels are glad to have you use our hangars, but at the same time you must understand that secrecy is the best defense as it avoids unnecessary trouble. I am willing to bet that it is worth the effort to have this work out.
We are also grateful you are willing to offer some aid in return, and I wish to keep this door open for later discussion if needed. It is our hope, though, that there would not be a situation which would bring us to such action.
